Here is a great beginner workout to do at home!
If you are more advanced, you can definitley spice it up with heavier weights.
You can even use this as a glute activator warmup before leg day!
Exercises :
1. Seated hip abduction with band
2. Seated leg press with band
3. Dumbell standing calve raise
4. Resistance band deadlift
5. Standing banded glute kickback
Do all exercises back to back, 10 reps each exercise, thats one round .
Rest for 2 - 5 minutes between rounds( the length is totally dependent upon your needs as an individual)
