This 30 min leg workout builds on itself, each exercise is 30 sec and you add one more exercise each round. The exercise listed first is the one you do the most and the last exercise is performed only once. With warm up of 3 min and a cool down around 4 min the total time in exercise is about 25 min. My Leg progression workouts are the same format every week with different exercises. Enjoy!
