Beginner LOOT ROUTE Guide for a West Chernogorsk Spawn | 2022 Official Server Looting Walkthrough

You might have noticed this- Cherno has a less dense zombie population compared to the zombie densities of Electro and Berezino (those are the other 2 main freshy spawns). Cherno is the best spawn a freshy can get for many reasons. Also to note: Cherno hospital is the 2nd best on the map, 1st is Krasno Airfield’s medical tents. It’s also very convenient that the Fire station is a 1 minute walk West from hospital, because firefighter clothes are the best available in coastal areas (hence, best loot freshies can get). 15 seconds southeast of hospital has the best food density spawn that I’ve ever seen. Again, 15 seconds southeast of Cherno hospital. You’ll run into a string of houses with nothing but high spawn fruit trees (most fruit trees are low spawn to mid spawn). I have always been able to quickly jump my food bar to full by spending 6-7 minutes hitting that line of houses and looting their trees. Typically more fruit has spawned under the trees by the time you finish looting, so you can re-hit the trees again😅 it’s actually ridiculous

Keep the guides coming Billy. DAYZ is becoming more popular now, especially since the last update, with all official servers showing a high player count. There is a free player weekend coming up on 21st May on Steam, which I'm sure will generate more interest. New players though do struggle, especially the younger ones, so guides on how to survive and play are much needed.

also please do more of these guides. my loot runs never go the same twice be it what path i take, usually a very directionally challenged one, or i either loot the whole town and still get dip or i loot just a handfull of spots and go from freshy to legit threat and very viable very quickly. but i always look for the same key points. and you're right, the stilted houses are absolutely fantastic. i find guns in them more often than i find them in camp grounds/hunting shacks or the log cabins. its always nice to see what other players do and how they go about survival and comparing methods to my own to see what i did wrong or right.

Man Standalone Dayz base building SUCKS compared to Arma 2 Dayz base building. Its actually pretty lame you can build a base right onto Poi's. In arma 2, you had to be like 250 meters away from loot spawns, it was so much better. Not to mention you could build a badass castle and keep adding tons and tons of objects to your base. DayZ REALLLLY needs to improve its base building mechanics. They are awful currently. Its sad when a game from 2009 has better mechanics than a current game. They also need to add bikes, and planes/helicopters, and just make them really hard to fix up. That was one of the coolest things in Arma 2 dayz. Bikes should be pretty common and easy to find, that way the game is way less of a running sim..

Really enjoyed your videos for beginners at “Solnichniy” and this one for “Cherno” as these are the two places my friend and I spawned and we are both brand new to the game. Two quick questions, I’ve noticed you never go upstairs, is this because the loot rates are extremely lower and it’s not worth it? We are both really struggling staying out of the red for food, have the developers changed things since you made this video because it seems we can’t ever make it in the white for food. Any ideas how to overcome this, (one streamer suggested fruit trees), would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks

As always a nedfull guide. Your vids helped me very much in the beginning. I like Prigorodki East. There are some houses near a well. Mostly i cook there a chicken and pick some fruits behind the houses. Then i go north to Polana, Nadeschda and so on. When i got a rifle i hunt a deer and everything is fine.

I want to see you do a full run like you wld if you were just playing. Loot the things you suggested and do all the things you think a noob shld do.

Doesn’t matter what server you play on, if you check the beach in the water just past the crashed plane and water well you will almost always find peoples barrel and wood crate stashes in the water

Thanks a million, just had my best start yet although I couldn't figure out what town I'm in and its quite large so no water pump yet there's a drinkable pond nearby to my spawn and someone prepared a couple farm plots so I've been growing pumpkins and found a khukri, tomorrow ill find out where I am exactly. For some reason I only ever find blue clothes....

Perhaps a stupid question from a newbie but how did you spawn back to where you died? my spawns are never near where I die but somewhere else on the map hence cant raid my own dead body to get a good restart. I play offical servers and custom character.

SHould you loot high rises or should you stick to points of interest? I find not a ton of stuff in the high rise apartments.

I know it's " trust noone," the "rules" are what people make it but blocking a major "POI" to everyone? Have you NO honor sahhh? I GUESS if that's what you got to do. No problem, there's pllleennttyy of guns around.....of course I can't find them but I've heard...stories. lol Adventurous travels to all.
