You can do it! Using fabric you already have works perfectly! There are several other videos in this series and one is about how to quilt the layers together. When using precuts with pinked edges do you cut that part off or put the fat end of the point along the edge of the foot?

Hi! I believe if you measure your precuts you will find that you include the pinked edges. I don't know if every manufacturer is the same so I would suggest measuring them and see if you need to include the pinked edges to get the final block size you want. Happy Quilting!

What fabric is this?!

Hi, I'm sorry but I don't have the name or manufacturer for this fabric. It was cotton quilting fabric I purchased on a bargain table from a quilt shop. Unfortunately, most fabric lines are printed and then don't come back. You probably can find some similar type fabrics browsing your local quilt shop.
