I always check out the back corner of AmiAmi at level 4 Radio Kaikan, it has a section filled with figurines that are reduced price even more, and the cashier beside it is usually more empty than theo other one. Keep your eyes peeled for those shops that is not well decorated, and has multiple levels in some shady building, those kinds usually net you good value figurines, I can never locate them properly, but if you found it, you have found a gem. I felt that Surugaya stores prices aren't that cheap but Nakano Broadway products are definitely cheaper as I did a comparision for Anya figurine (300-400 yen diff) Otherwise Bic camera 7F in Akihabara has a good mix of everything, paper theatres, gundams, etc

One question where I have yet to hear presented by any channel on RU-vid, where can one find Transformers Masterpiece toys? I'm 42 years old so I'm looking for old school anime like Utena, Evangelion (Original not new stuff,) Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Berserk, chobits, Magic Knight Rayearth, Eaclaflowne and Saint Seiya. Would Nakano Broadway be my best bet for those or can I even find those in Shibuya etc? Last year when I went to Animate, it was cool but it was obviously the more modern anime.
I suggest you make a 20-minute video on each location going to the major stores (and each store you would recommend) with a walkthrough of the store listing what's on each floor. I think you will get a lot more traction with a more in-depth review of each location as follow-ups,.
