I found this a couple weeks a go and just now decided to practice. I used his shoe to figure out the general width of the bricks and set up some of my own shoes to represent where rhe bricks should be, and now I'm just rewatching the clip and practicing with a mirror trying to get my body to mimic the same movements.
Just count 1, 2, 3, 4 for every movement you do. When y you switch legs starts at 1 again. Go slow at first and understand the placement of what your leg/foot is suppose to do. Slowly speed it up as you get more comfortable. Hope that helps, that’s what I’m doing
i’m a kickboxer/boxer and i find that the footwork of dancing can be translated to the ring, i’ve experimented many times in sparring and the footwork just works, the ali shuffle was actually based of a dance move Muhammad ali saw, this shuffle will genuinely help me win fights
Your video encouraged me to get up...learn the moves & dance 🕺 💃 . To simply say Thank You seems so insignificant. I forwarded this to two gal pals on the coast. 🎉❤
The steps are way too easy,at the start i failed but at the end I made it, I'm so proud of myself and I really appreciate you showing me those steps ❤👍👍
Thank you soooooomuch for a slow easy to follow instructions . That even an elderly person could do even in a chair or wheelchair. Thank you ‼️‼️I love watching you dance 😃😃😃😃😃⭕️‼️ What is this dance called❓
