This has been awesome. I went on youtube to find some step videos so that I could bring it into my church so we could get healthy. Things have been pushed back for the church because of life BUT I wanted to start and have been doing it the past few days and I love it. Only videos I have found that teach everything so that people who have never done it before can learn! THANK YOU!

I have gone to the farthest intermediate but it was still fun doing this challenge . I LOVED it, especially the end when the pace picked up I really enjoyed it. Thanks ladies great job as usual
I just did that (did what?) GRADUATED!!! I’m so glad I found this channel because I’ve always been interested in step but I thought I couldn’t do it. But I did that! No break all through! Definitely going to bring people to y’all channel because y’all are AWESOME!

I started following about two weeks ago and I love I got through the entire video today, I’m super excited. Can’t wait until I’m able to move on but for now this is a good pace for me. Thank you so much. I’m getting stronger every day. 👏🏾👊🏾💪🏾
Seriously, I recently found out I have a health condition and this is the only thing I’ve found I could get some cardio with. I loved step back in the day but it always felt so silly because as a beginner you are scrambling to do the moves lol but you took it back! I love it I’ve missed doing it and ahh you’re great ❤️❤️🧡
I loved this step workout. It was just at the right energy level for me. It was just the right length and the moves were fun all combined in each set. Thank you!

Wow, what a workout! I thought I was going to stop half way and try again tomorrow but the slower song in the middle helped me recover and push through until the end. Thanks for another great video! I’ll be doing this one again before I move to intermediate.
give me 2 or 3 more times them I will be ready LOL but was able to do it because i did the other 3 first so I wasn't to confused only when my children start talking to me smh LOL
