Oh yes, that is a great idea. I can do a video for it however a series would be hard because there are only a handful of stretches specific for the splits - it just takes times and consistency with those stretches x

I really love this follow along. I’ve done this about 5x a week for the last 4-6 weeks (either first thing in the morning or post workout) and my mobility has increased drastically. It always leaves me feeling nice and relaxed too. Thanks for this upload Morgan!

Morgan, I love your videos you are so helpful I was practicing my handstands earlier I can hold my handstands for at least 5 seconds sometimes 10 because I watched your handstand series you have helped me and my sister so much Thanks!

This was awesome and all your videos are extremely helpful! As I follow along the stretches, it would be super helpful to hear where I should feel the stretch as it would ensure that I'm doing it right and help that muscle brain connection. Thank you so much for all of these! :)

As a non flexible,35 years young guy,it was a challenge but afterwards it felt amazing.Video was very easy with the explenation,gonna try this more ofte to hopefully get a little bit more flexible😅Thank you🍀✨

Love the beginner stretch. I am not flexible at all and it was a goal of mine this year to stretch everyday. Would love it you could do a beginners guide to stretching/flexibility

I loved this!!!! Could you doing more things for beginners and progressing forward? I am going to start doing this daily. Maybe do a series for someone who’s just starting back into stretching and fitness and small beginners things we can start doing at home.

If you do a split series can you please add how to hold your splits in handstands or other positions without that push from the ground? If there are any strengthening exercises or tricks.. because although I can do splits on the ground and even bend forward.. but I cannot hold it when I'm standing or cannot kick into splits on walls etc. Thank you so much. Followed through your handstand series and I'm moving finally making progress after 3 years of feeling stuck. Really looking forward to it

Do you have any routines you could suggest to increase hip mobility. In a L-sit position on the mat, it’s hard to sit even at 90 degrees with a flat back. Going into a legs wide position in a seated position seems to also arch the lower back. Would I be better bending at the knees and trying to tilt the pelvis into a straighter alignment rather than keeping the legs straight? Any help here would be great… I’m relatively new to your channel but have been working my way through some of your content 👍🏼

Sky thanks! I stretch randomly when I want to, so like 3-5 times a week and it took like 5-6 months to get my splits

I stretch around once every day! With every training session and sometimes just by itself if I am sore or feel tight.

It is a great idea to do some movement/dynamic stretches beforehand if you are doing a training session after but as this was my session I just slowly eased into it.

That's was great ! I want to get to splits buy I do a lot of high impact workouts on top of weights so it always seems like my hamstrings and hips are tight and it feels like I will never get to splits but that was so good ♡♡

It will be like that but if you stretch every time you wont loose flexibility. Keep up your stretching just as much as you workout!

Great video! Just wondering, I noticed your air pods in the end, do you use those to record as the video goes along and if so do you just use an iphone to record? The sound quality is pretty good.

I use a mic to record. The airpods were actually just to listen to music to put me in a relaxing mode whilst doing the stretches :)

Hey Morgan, when I’m stretching during the first ‘lunge’ movement, I feel the back hip flexor instead of the front (which you mention). Is that a problem?
