I spent 3 weeks while traveling in Jordan trying to learn the Arabic alphabet with duolingo with very limited success, then, after getting a job in Morocco, I hunted around for a bunch of videos on RU-vid, again with limited success. 1-2 hours slowly going through the first 4 videos in this series, and I feel like I'm 80-90% of the way there now. Thanks a lot. This video/video 3 were exactly what I needed.
Hi. I really wanted to thank you so much for putting this together. I am learning arabic on my own with RU-vid mainly and Rocket Arabic. There is a lot of arabic teaching on RU-vid and one need to sort out through all of it to find what one really needs and wants. Findning your channel was the best thing that happened in my journey so far. this particular video is great because I really was trying to find out a way to practice how to join letters together and really drill that.Once I have mastered the alphabet I will start to look for online tutor. I am learning Egyptian Arabic. Thanks again for putting your time and effort to help total strangers for FREE !!!!
@Easy Arabic thank you for this all comprehensive, well structured and smoothly presented lesson! What I really enjoy is the opportunity to learn dozens of words and the correct pronunciation. Needless to say that ض and ظ، along with غ, are killing me? 😅

Assalamualaikum. I want to know whether your methodology is the correct one. That is, first writing the stroke of each letter immediately following the dots that needed, if any and after completing the word, marking the harakats. Please answer me.
