I'm Alina Kennedy - a physiotherapist and personal trainer. I work with a lot of people who struggle with a weak core. These are some of my favorite exercises for activating your abdominal muscles and improving your overall core strength.
If you master these simple exercises, you will build a great foundation for core strength and will be able to process to more challenging, advanced core exercises.
