Sounds promising Rob. i can't wait as I got a flake king gun for my birthday earlier this year.. If your going to do a review on one i would suggest you watch Simon Murray review and notice the paper booth he makes as that flake goes everywhere man..lol
@@dustyart580 I have a flake gun 👍 yes I know what you mean with the flake I did the paper bit 👍Simon is a great guy I did a dru course at sm designs Some years ago now it's the best place to go for a class I think and a lovely place where Simon is
A lovely place and a lovely guy I did a course at his place back in 2004/5, I think I left my confidence in the arts there as I've not done much since but collect airbrush equipment i think I need to go back to smdesigns to see if I can find my confidence again..ps I watched his vid after I had decorated my room in flake..lol
Hi Rob i have another question for u. Im struggling to get good adehsion with my custom paints candys. I am putting this over 2k clear coat that has been sanded with 500 grit . when i put the fine line on and spray the candy as i peal the fine line off it takes some of the candy off i have tried taking it off straight away and also leaving an hour or 2 but it still seem to peal any advice would be great.@@dredfxcustompaint
@@scottyoung2995 hi are you using the candy that you mix with the D thinner two to one mix if so you shouldn't be getting pull back with that make sure You do lite coats of the candy and let each coat flash off for about 5 mins
Hi Rob yes i'm am using inspire candy from custom paint but i'm not adding any D thinner as the man from there said it doesn't need to be thinned with the 100 ml pots@@dredfxcustompaint
