The best supplement for building muscle and losing fat is real food. Fruits, vegetables, beef, chicken, fish, etc. Drink water and get good sleep. The supplements you buy in the store are #2.
@@2Aisaacactually I'm cool 6'2 weight 215. That's not the point it's over all heath you keep pushing protein w/ unhealthy ingredients. Some people got nice bodies w/poor diets see my point. Not trying to knock yo thing bro
Whey protein, Creatine Monohydrate and a one a day multivitamin. Can you do a video with the best brands for each supplement? Especially for someone on a budget 🙏
🔥💪 I pull green chain at the mill. It's fast pace and hard work but seems like I hit a wall on building muscle. I still have a gut and not getting toned like I want just able to lift more weight
Well 1 out of 3 ain't bad. Creatine yes. Protein power? Its depends. I prefer getting my protein from food.Multi vitamin? Just eat a well balanced diet which should provide you with the vitamins and nutrients that you need.
In a way your right, if you can eat a good lil protein meal after a workout. I can't eat after, so I take 2-3 scoops of BSN protein ... it has fiber so ... for the recovery stuff
@@RemKaioh true! I’ve taken Creatine at 11 o’clock once bc I forgot to take it and I worked late, it has no immediate effects on you so it won’t affect your sleep or anything like that
You can get big without that. Maybe not artificially big but unless you want to get huge you don’t need to use that other product. Most people just want to look like they work out and have done upper body strength and that’s totally achievable without that.
Man I just stopped using protein powder for two weeks, and I see the difference the shit was making me feel terrible. I looked good but I felt terrible face was breaking out and shit and I stayed bloated and I eat healthy protein powder is great for results but man it was harsh on my body
Light fit yogurts are low calorie about 80 calories with 12g of protein, eating eggs is also good and like the video said something like whey protein is good taking 1g of protein per pound is ideal (I think I just started working out like 3 weeks ago) and farlife protein milk is pretty good imo it has like 24g of protein and there’s an elite version with 43? I think, hope this helps
it fills up your muscles with water so its not just making you fat it keepin you big but be careful if you have any kidney problems small or big its not worth risking organ health just to look a certain way so be careful
Beginners should concentrate on creating a routine in the gym and getting consistent. After they have that down, then they can start to work on proper eating and lastly add in supplements once the first two are regular and consistent. Newbie’s want to run out and buy a bunch of supps before they have a good foundation. Poor advice
