Bro what all of this is wrong💀 leptin has nothing to do with fat burning, in fact it’s the opposite if anything by keeping you full. Secondly, hormonal adaption isn’t a thing, you just weigh less and require less calories to lose fat

This is stupid advice. Metabolism is fixed for every individual. The only thing that matters is how many calories you eat as well as burning 200-300 more on a walk to offset your body going into survival mode.
