I love this! Can you tell me if before (and after) you sew around the curved interfacing, are you sewing directly on the interfacing-all around , or on the fabric part and THEN around the curve/interfacing? Sounds confusing, sorry, but just can’t seem to figure that one out.
Hi Toby. I think you are referring to the section of the video that starts at 10:54. Starting at the top of the zipper pouch begin stitching 1/4" seam from the raw edge of the fabric. On the sides and bottom edge don't worry about including the interfacing in the seam. But at the curved corners you are stitching on the drawn curved line right over the interfacing. Great video! I've tried mini wallets from other videos and it hasn't work out for me. The seams are too thick, despite cutting them back. Can you tell me what's the best fabric to use for this project? I've been using quilters cotton. Thx!
