I don't want to sound overly dramatic but this video SAVED MY LIFE. Okay maybe not my life but on my run this morning I landed on a rock and rolled my ankle and I am 10000% sure if I hadn't been consistent with these workouts I would have eaten my face today, so thanks Vlad.

First time doing the workout #1 for Trail runners 👍🏼 great workout and really felt it with the plank taps and the single leg balance reach opposite foot. Will take your advice on doing the three workouts spread out over the week. Thanks again for posting really good content 🙌🏼

How often do you think should i run per week? Just starting and want to do every two days, should i do this routine in between ?

if you can do 15min each day that would be the best but yes doing a 15min workout every second day will be very beneficial for your running. make sure you mix up the workouts
