1969 Corvette Update!
Car is running great. Time to finish off the last of my parts I have purchased. Fender flares coming soon.
I know I will get crap over this, but I am choosing to rattle can the car. I have used paint guns in the past, I have more control over rattle cans then I do a paint gun. It is just me, plus we can see the results when finished. For the next while it will all be body work. I might not be doing it the "right way" but I will be doing it my way. There is no perfect paint job, even the pro's will tell you this.
This body work is about how we problem solve and come to a good finish. Will it be perfect? No. But a professional paint job will take months to a year to finish with just scheduling it in and getting it done. Plus $15,000 to $20,000 for a professional paint. I want to drive my car so a drivers quality is what I am going for.
