Alien Rides really does have amazing customer service. I just called there the day after Christmas with a question and one of their techs pleasantly answered my questions. I didn’t buy my first euc from alien rides and it has been very hard to talk to someone at the other euc shop when I have questions.
I really do hope Begode will get things taken care of soon. My t4 failed on the first day in my garage. It's doesn't even have a mile on it. I was riding it and hopped off and it started jerking back and forth. Motor finally popped and smoked and it's been sitting in my garage for over 2 weeks. I also bought my from AR. Got the video of it which was a good thing.
BTW --great video and nice root hopping --I live in the North West and we have ( on most trails) more big rocks and root clusters--so until they put the off-road motor into the off-road wheel I’ll tough it out w/RSHT
Thanks, I really wish the t4 had the power of the Master for roots and rocks, but for its weight its decent. Hopefully they revise the motor to something with more torque, not a high speed motor
Great Video , thats the terrain where i ride my wheel most of time , cause it s forbiden in my Country . You bring the points wich are important , and the demonstration of the wheel capability with your amazing skills ..... PERFECT . Overall 10/10 Points I don`t know right now what wheel i want to buy next year , need to test a heavy one , but Riders here are rare and the hole country got 1 EUC Shop :-))) 300 KM away , but only inmotion and the V12 HT is nice , but i want some wheel with suspension , and not to heavy .... so the V13 is for my Style no compairson , t4 is at the moment superior. Don`t want to buy a Master and recognise that is to big and to heavy for my riding style .... resell is difficult .... only round about 200 Riders here Greats from Germany
Awesome video! Smooth riding! I’m wondering the the issues are just V1 T4w heels that’s what someone said but not confirmed. Just bought one for those single track trails it looks perfect if it can stay reliable . Returned my S22 because the motor slipped and cutout which hurt almost broke my knee so I don’t want that to happen again lol
Chooch 100% had a bad motor. The V12 HT isn't even a powerful wheel it has nothing on an RS HT for example. Once they get these issues ironed out I'm probably gonna pick up a T4 for trails next year.

they need to slow down dumping out so many wheels, .... chooch is like 130 soaking wet. For him to over torque the t4 seems crazy to me. you or i would break it in a blink.
yeah his wheel failure made me nervous about trying to pick one up. as he's around the same weight as me and rides how I want to ride. so I appreciate his opinion on wheels
Good news is chooch is one of the few that had a issue with the wheel, other riders have vids ripping on this wheel so it’s so hard to tell if the issue is a over torque or a malfunction or just small issue only few will run into but luckily the warranty will cover the wheel, if something is gonna happen it’ll probably be within the first year. I just bought one hoping they fixed the issue after the first batch 🤞🤞
I almost agree with a smirk, however these companies are following the communities they serve and the vast majority of the content creators and wheel advocates are pushing these wheels to their limits on and off road --so the engineers and companies know what is and has been expected from each new upgrade/evolution-so why put a high speed motor in an off road wheel 🤷🏽♂️
For the size and price and performance there isn’t a better device out there. Yeah we’re gonna push em off road that’s what these suspension wheels are clearly made for.. I think someone else needs to reset their brains ;)this type of riding is not for everyone.. maybe the wheels are meant for this and the person isn’t
