Originally Behemoths sound was a mixture of Nile and morbid angel but since their album the satanist they have really come into their own with their sound.

If you want a wall of sound, try Sunn O))). A more serious recommendation, Sleep's album, The Sciences, was easily one of the best of the last year or so. Almost anything by them would be an excellent choice. Edit: Some day I want to see someone react to Dopesmoker. All of it.
