Louise would always give him a MASSIVE hug whenever she said goodbye to him or was seeing him again after a few days. Cold-hearted Rob didn’t even think to do that. But even so, it’d never be enough.
Please don’t watch toxic, disturbing shows like this one. Watch “Crash Landing on You” instead, it’s a big international hit, and you’ll learn more about the world, and be a better person for it. Guard your mind, chose what you watch consciously.
Stay away from envious people. Things that we take for granted ( gender, beauty, social status etc...) is someone’s else BIGGEST desire. Crazy people like Rob exists and are plenty in this world.
No wonder Rob’s sister said he was a piece of shit and not to bother about him when Louise called her...actually during that scene I thought in my head you’re absolutely wrong sis, you’re brother Rob is a poor sweet soul lol ...boy was I wrong
yeah I noticed that too! I think in general "adele" changed so much and I was wondering why. I mean trauma, family, best friends death? yes. but character wise as well
I just found a twitter post that pointed the fact we see Rob in all Adele's flashbacks because we're seeing things always from Rob's memory, not Adele's 🤯
@@rizkifauzan4521 all of adele's flashbacks on the show are related to rob. thats because she is dead and they are rob's memories. rob could never remember something that happened to adele if he wasn't there with her (before they switched souls obv)
Everyone keeps mentioning the biggest lesson is mind your business but I actually think the biggest lesson is to NEVER BEFRIEND PEOPLE WHO ARE JEALOUS OF YOU. They will ruin your life in ways you could never even dream of!
Actually you never know who is jealous of your life people can hide it well!! So overall it should be to NEVER overly involve anyone in anything going good for yourself because that envious person can have a secret animosity on you.
Scariest part is that he had that much faith the Louise cared that much, it makes me think that back to that other scene in one of the earlier episodes when Louis broke in to save Adelle (Rob) whether that was a test for the next stage of madness Rob was planning.
the only thing i didnt get its how louise knew she could change bodies or even enter other than her own while doing astral projection? not even the original adelle knew she could do that and only rob knew....
Louise was only kind when she wanted to be. Her selective kindness is what got her in trouble. She wasn’t kind when she was screwing a man who at the time she believed was her FRIEND’S HUSBAND.
@@IssenKai I don't think she knew. When she switched in the end, Rob took advantage of her vessel, as he did with Adele's. Rob did some researching about it with Adele and convinced her to participate.
just noticed how "adele" has "robs" cooking skills, aswell as his astroprojection colours, it shows earlier that adeles is pink and his is blue, when she projects into louise you see it as blue :O
@@ZaackPlaySgames he never loved Adele, the moment he saw David, he likes David. I was quite surprised there, because he said he likes Adele in his diary
@@ZaackPlaySgames He made multiple remarks that made it pretty clear during his time in the institution; also when he created his own dream safe space and had the butler with his bare butt showing.
It only clicked for me in the scene where "Adele" had told David of "Robs" death and was waiting for him, hidden in the shadow of the castle's door with the exact same posture, insecure look and body language Rob had (at the same spot), seconds before he was introduced to David.
The way she looked at Adam at the end after saying “maybe i’ve changed” staring and smiling at him for way too long- scared the living crap out of me. Adam can almost tell something sinister has taken over his mom, and he may be the only one to ever realize it. This ending has taken a toll on me, i cant even process what the heck i just watched🤯🙁
Louise's best friend: "Stay away from them. You'll get hurt". David: "Stay away from Adele. There's stuff you don't know about her". Adele: "I think David killed Rob. Stay away from him". Lady at the café: "However you're involved with them, get away". Louise:
Another clue it was Rob was Adele’s angry outburst at David when she gets the black eye, her outburst at Marianne, and when she screams at Louise. It’s like the scene when Rob insults the nurse at the hospital. The real Adele never talked to people like that.
Wow. Don't read so much into my quotes. I'm not necessarily spoiling it for anyone here, but im happy atleast one person can read the context and understand.
It makes me so mad that louise decided to astral project to save "adele" when she literally couldve just called the police SMH. and literally a day before or so david told louise to stay away from "adele" completely because "shes" dangerous. Sis shouldve known it was a trap. even I knew it LOL
Not me thinking "Adele" actually has a heart considering the text message she sent to Louise before she overdosed "herself" and then the Astral scene/house on fire.
@@aviva7184 literally I knew smth was up and a bitch was playing her but ngl throughout the season I lowkey thought Adele was the innocent and caring one. Rob being obsessed with Adele’s husband and taking over Adele’s body gmfu yet makes sm sense. This movie is so fascinating
THE ENDING REMINDED ME OF THE ENDING OF “US” , that look on Louise/Rob’s face was soooo eerie, poor Adam KNEW as soon as his “mom” came to get him from his dads house!
Poor adam, his parents got divorced when he was really young, then by the end his mum has been killed while he has to live with a psychopath occupying her body.
I can never be in peace with the fact that David not knowing that the Adele he once fall in love with was not the one he thought died, all their sweet memories being replaced with 10 years miserable marriage with a fucking sociopath 😭
I was literally searching for a comment like this. Imagine living 10 years with a dangerous person in the form of a relative/significant other/friend and watching your life collapse because of that but being unable of escaping. Also imagine being murdered by a friend right after you told them that you love them and losing the love of your life and your body to them as well. I hope Adele's soul lives and finds a way to come back. In a second book or a second season (if Netflix decides to renew the show).
I feel bad for him , I don't blame him for cheating , neither do I blame Louise , The real Demon here is Rob , Adele trusted him toooooo much , can never be me , especially after this movie , lol 💔💔
I defiantly believe he is a victim like basically most of the rest of the characters at the hand of rob, but still I don’t forgive his cheating, ik his situation isn’t like others but he could have always divorced her or been honest with her
@@evablaker4326 THAT PART. he basically drugged up what he believed to be his wife incredibly too much. I can't feel bad for him. Yes it sucks Rob took Adele away from him but he's not innocent either. He's still a cheater
I knew something was off about this guy, the way he looked at David and envied Adele, and the similarities between both characters counting fingers and all, but I have to say I’m shocked! I never expected the ending would go this far🤯
I was so shocked at the ending but after I realised it made so much sense, her using how the book had his name on it and so on. When we Louise went to save Adele and we saw both their souls or whatever it was meant to be I remember thinking that it was robs colour and maybe he has always been watching out for her- boy was I wrong
He’s going to end up messing louise’s character then David will cheat AGAIN and he will swap bodies again, probably a cycle, rob will never be perfect for David even behind/through someone else’s eyes 🤦♀️
Just made another observation! Rob made sure to train Louise at the gym with weights so he wouldn’t have to struggle pulling Louise/Adele’s body like he struggled pulling Adele/Rob to the well.
Same. Though there was obviously going to be a twist, becausw we went from Rob being alive to dead without seeing what happened. So it obviously didn't happen how "Adele" said it did.
Actually their was so many hints , like in the scene when adele went to the area rob used to live in and got punched or into a fight. Rob was never in love with adele , his sexuality was mention a lot of times , he never was interested in women and he kinda hated them , starting with his sister, or how did treat the women around himself aggressive. The whole time rob was the key in this story
yess he probably did dislike women as a whole like with that nurse in the beginning episodes, just how aggressive and rude he was to her...that said it all
Also, Rob was a great cook in the flashbacks. He cooked for David and must have thought they had bonded over that so that's why adele is always cooking for David.
Yes the storytelling was pretty strong in that sense, you would think a first Rob was in love with Adele and jealous of the attention and love she gave David, but eventually full circle comes that Rob was envious of Adele's life and her BF and therefore he decided to take it all away. It is so sad for David because he doesn't know Adele died ten years ago and he was with Rob . We all agree there should a freaking season two ..
When Rob/Adele told Louise you can only travel to places you’re familiar with perfectly explains why he walked through her WHOLE house and David’s whole office. Rob/Adele was literally EVERYWHERE and saw every intimate meeting between them. Whew 😭
The joke is on Rob. He'll never be happy because the same thing is gonna keep happening. He'll keep transferring because David will keep noticing the differences in the "women" he loves.
@@xanisucks7328 there is no season two it's a mini series but it's clear it's gonna happen over and over again until maybe David finds the journal and gets behind all this
Rob dumb brain doesn't know to study the person's mannerisms before inhabiting another's body. I wish this had another season where David throws the impossible out the window and realize it's been rob stalking him from body to body
@@vanessagordon1343 Exactly, I don't think Rob gave it that much thought of how intuitive children can be and it wasn't until the car ride that he realized how much of a hindrance the child would be. The real Rob just wanted to copy and paste her life including the child like he did with Adele in order the be the very thing David wants. Annoying that he couldn't just leave Adam with his Dad.
@@vanessagordon1343 I feel like the dad was low key a deadbeat and not a good person too. Like many men, he loves his son but loves his new girlfriend more.
Anyone else feel bad for louise’s ex husband? Louise and Ian really started to get along again towards the end and Ian seemed really happy that Louise was being nice to him, and then when Louise(Adele) came to pick Adam up at the end she was such a bitch to Ian and you could tell he was really hurt it was so sad
@@ahfoong2502 I don't think he loves them. He is obsessed. He was scared to death of losing Adele and she was his escape which doesn't sound like real love. The thing that bothered me was how he didn't seem guilty or sad for betraying and killing his "love" Adele. He immediately was obsessed with David even if he hates him/her in the end. Who would fight for that? He is a psychopath.
Ah Foong I thought he liked Adele in the beginning and he seemed jealous when she would talk about David. It’s either he was confused or bi sexual. That’s only reason I would think he would get mad.
What annoyed me the most is that Louise put David's company and Adele's friendship above her son Adam's personal safety and her own safety. I know it is a drama and the characters have to be dumb and impulsive otherwise story wouldn't move forward but still it was testing my patience. Adele and David both knew where she lived and both threatened her yet she kept getting involved in their messy lives despite warnings from the both of them. I mean what kind of mother are you putting your child in harm's way and risking your life for strangers? That was seriously annoying. And she had no reason to kick her friend out other than the fact that she didn't want to hear that she messed up.
Louise's stupidity really turned me off from the show so I stopped watching after a few episodes. But I wanted to know the big twist so I just finished watching. Wtf 😶
I kept watching, but I agree. They really wrote Louise her character like in an annoying way. I loved her in the first 4 episodes. But in the last two episodes I was like Louise, mind your business and leave them.
Louise had so much potential, I wish they made it so she was involved in a way that didn’t make her a horrible parent and friend. She was incredibly selfish and was so involved in this couples life, I couldn’t believe how immature she acted. 😩
Even though Louise mastered astral projection, there was a thing she didnt know. The most important one. The missing pages of the diary. That was the missing clue all allong, the ability to enter peoples body. If she knew that, she would've realized the truth and everything would be different.
Oh wow, I thought the missing pages were of Rob writing out like a diary that he killed Adele and is now in her body etc. but your right, Louise would have never tried to Astro project herself to help Adele if she knew that her own body could be stolen.
I still can't understand why Louise chose to lucid dream at the end while adele(rob) was in the fire??? Like how can she help by lucid dreaming? What was she thinking??? Edit: astral projection, not lucid dreaming 😅
I think she did it so she could walk Adele's body out of the building while Robs astral body was in Louise's body outside. What I'm wondering is did Adele(Rob) actually know that Louise was gonna swap bodies or did she actually intend to die?
@@manal.daoudi if that was the reason, she is really stupid for trusting adele after she's been warned a lot urgh. And for your question, I personally think for Rob, being death is better than being in prison, so it's either death or louise's body so he just gambled!
@@Queen2coolforyou yea he astral projected through the house, took his time putting on gloves, injecting heroin, and dragging her body down before emergency services arrive wtf?
@@raficma255 I think it means the fact that Rob was the one living behind Adele’s eyes the whole time (as he stole her body). So it gives that title a deeper meaning, “behind her eyes”
@@queenofcups88 I’ve never seen a series that only have 1 season. If they not gonna make season 2 then they would of make into a movie instead of series
If Rob & Adele would’ve never swapped bodies everything would be great. David would still love her. They never would’ve met Louise. David would’ve probably never cheated. They would have a happy ending. I really went from feeling sorry for Rob to hating him.
So moral of the story is: When healing in a mental health facility, don't start astral projecting with someone you met at said facility and expect that things will be ok.
I personally found It crazy how it was as if Louise dreams were trying to warn her of events to come, the corroded hall way was her future, the sleep walking aspect is her losing control of her body doing things she normally wouldn't, her trying to find a way out or escape means she's trapped as it ties in to the ending as well as the pills scene to represent over dosing to finally Adam calling out for his mom, she calling out to Adam but he couldn't find her or hear her. crazy how it all pieces together.
What creeped me out was how Rob threw his old body away to be with a man he hardly knew and didn't know how to love only to screw it up over and over because he doesn't know what love is. He was chasing the money and his homosexual promises.
I’m honestly quite mad at myself for not noticing it was Rob in Adele’s body from the second Adele started talking about night terrors. She never had them, that was Rob’s struggle. Also when Adele’s aura was blue.
I legit thought David started the fire, saved and married Adele for the money and then killed Rob - potentially cause Rob maybe hit on him or something. I was SO WRONG
This show was definitely a 10-10 ! Usually I guess the ending early but I didn’t connect the dots on this until 30 minutes of the last episode! Loved it!!
@@stephen8805 nah it’s a common idea of astral projection there’s been superstition for centuries that doing it lets demons possess you while you’re out of body
Am I the only one who feels sad as shit for Adele and David, Adele was so in love with David, they both were, she had to loose everything to the one other person she let in and trusted, and David thinks Adele is the one for everything happened the past 10 years. Jesus i can't understand how miserable he would feel if he found out that it wasn't Adele at all and he lost the love of his life 10 years ago. Goddamn this ending was an emotional rollercoaster. Fuck Louise tho, she was literally begging for what happened to her. I would hope Adele and David to reunite someday
Yeah ikr, I just watched the series and came here to find further explanations and I saw people feeling sorry for Louise. Like wtff? She's the only person I don't feel sorry for in this entire series. She slept with another person's husband and became friends with his wife while strategically hiding her affair. She was betraying her friend, also is so stupid enough to ignore the million warnings that told her to not fuck with Adele. She got what she deserved tbh. She was a good mom to Adam though, I will give her that.
This was the greatest plot twist in a movie in so long. This is the type of series that after you finish you want to start it all over. Amazing storyline.
The fact that Louise had a child who she neglected and didn’t care about his safety in the situation because whatever happens to her EFFECTS him directly is beyond me … she had a responsibility to him first.

@@haterwitch2865 omg yess! this! he didn't "love" her...he was obsessed with being her and having her fairytale life. also him shamelessly giving his notebook to Louise should have been a dead giveaway but I couldn't take the hint lol
A major giveaway was when Rob was on his way to spend some time with Adele at her house, on the bus he says “I’m going to a ‘new life’” he probably planned it all along
No he didn't plan it before coming to her. He only plan ed to stay with her somehow. Then he saw Adam and fell inlove and started to envy her, rather than care about her. He got the whole idea when he was i nthe bath tub and seh mentioned switching lifes.
Whatt about the pigeon!!!!!!!! i think the pigeon is the real Adele. It pops up multiple times in the series first when Louise speaks to it second time when it flies past the window and lastly in the final episode towards the end when it ends up in fake Louise's house and they stare at each other, this is no coincidence.
There is a twist within a twist within a twist. First you would think David is in the wrong for forcing “Adele” to stay in the house and yelling at her. Then you would think “Adele” is in the wrong when she supposedly hid Rob’s body and forced David to tell no one and taking Louise’s body through possession and kills her. Then, at the very end, when you least expect it, Rob was the antagonist all along. The show was getting all cliche until the ending twist. Nice
I still can’t believe how I sided with rob throughout the movie and then the end shocked me 😑 I was like “omg rob is so cute” “awww poor rob” “don’t worry I got u rob” 🤦♀️ all this time I thought Adele was the real deal😢😢😢I literally got BODYQUAKE
When 'Adele' walked around Louise's flat for the first time she said "nice flat" in a Scottish twang when she walked in, she was obviously getting a clear visual of the house so she could travel there to watch Louise and David...
Adele always complains in the flashbacks that she hates being alone and hates feeling lonely. Just now I realised this is why Adele always endured David's coldness and lack of affection and attention and the fact that she had literally no friends. It was never Adele. It was Rob who clearly said he wouldn't mind not having any friends ever again if he could have what Adele had. And now that he has it, he's happy. This explains why Adele keeps trying to fix the relationship. No sane person would want that kind of treatment for themselves.
I just realized that when David was over at the house with Rob and Adele, Rob astral travelled and watched David and Adele having sex... but he was looking at David the whole time.
Can we appreciate the outstanding performance of Eve and Simona? They were freaking amazing! *spoilers!!!!!* The switch of face expressions and body language between Rob&Adele and then Louise&Adele... Wow. You literally believe they were no longer Louise and Adele but Rob... I hope they win an award for this show, specially Eve.
Louise HONESTLY should’ve mind her damn business like she was told 3 DAMN TIMES!! Now I just feel bad for her son 😞 poor Adam, he thinking he’s finally free but he’s actually just dating the same person over and over again! Wow Session two better come quick!
I don’t think there will be but I agree, I would like to see what happens with ‘rob’ and little Adam, who being a kid and knowing his mum inside out can sense something is up. I would have liked to see rob get his comeuppance for what he did 👌
Sinead Antonia Yes exactly! I’m just desperately hoping for it. This series is on a different unexpected scale and the audience need more of that. No other series in my opinion can compare right now.
Even Louise's ex-husband realized something was wrong. They seem to have amended their relationship and she was even wishing him and Lisa well. But after they swapped bodies, she was cold to him again because Rob didn't know the relationship between them had changed for the better.
I didn’t see the ending coming. Rob is a funny and charismatic person but when he is in Adele’s body, he’s the opposite. He’s so robotic and not charismatic. Why did his personality change after he stole adele’s body?
Well Rob has been through a lot. I feel like he uses humor and charisma as a coping mechanism because he actually hated his life and didn’t feel like had any happiness. I don’t think that his actual personality, I think he’s actually dark and obsessive, he also seems to have sociopathic tendencies and people like that only seem funny and charismatic when that’s not the case. Also he’s been living in someone else’s body for quite some time and he still isn’t happy or getting what he wants, notice that when he’s in Louise’s body, he seems more like “himself” because David hasn’t fallen out of love with Louise.
The actors are truly talented, specially Louise Her face at the end truly gives me chills and its so creepy while throughout the series she is the sweetest sunshine person
The first time Adele and Rob went on their lucid dream astrid projection thing, I noticed Rob's soul glow was blue and Adele's was pink. Then I realized that every time, in previous episodes, when Adele was spying on Louise, the glow was blue. It all clicked in the end. But what a show. So amazing, it's crazy
Yes I noticed this too. When they projected to the woods together I saw Adele’s was pink and in present day it was suddenly blue when she watched Louise. It then clicked to me.
It was crazy and by the end of it is when I really realized what was going on, and remembered how “Adele” walked in Louise’s house looking around and stuff
I’m pretty louise is still alive and just transferred her consciousness to the pigeon you see on louises table when louise(rob) gets home, the colour of her consciousness matches perfectly with the scales on the pigeon, so if they make a season 2 im going to guess it’s about how adele’s family fire started and louise getting back into her actual body
@@kellywiggle1 People are saying that she passed her spirit into the pigeon before she died and the new series will start with her circling around above and pooping on Rob's head.
From the beginning I thought it was weird how Adele talked about her money and being so rich she never had to work. I'm like I don't think a real rich person brags about their money like this to their husbands employee who is a single mom. I chalked it up to a bit of bad writing.. but that was actually one of the first hints!
@@kendrathompson5207 Trueee she told her to end it from the start. And that lady at the Café who told her to get away from them both as quick as she can

Whoever wrote this series is a genius. From the twists and turns to how all the puzzles fit together is just amazing. Can't wait for the next season. Hopefully there are subsequent seasons.
Louise's dreams foretold her future and downfall. Louise's first few dreams were of her losing those closest to her, her mother and son then the dream when we see her opening two separate doors; each with Adele and David behind them burning in fire unable to save either of them. Louise even gets caught on fire when she opens the door to David burning; a depiction of her downfall befriending "Adele" and ultimately getting too close to David unable to stay away from him.
::::::Spoiler::::::: it was so sad how she was crying for him to stop, and that she didn't like the feeling.. but the plot twist was that he fell for her fiancee... the acting was amazing in those scenes.
i don’t feel sorry for louise, she is also messed up, she is having an affair with the david and still continuing her friendship with his wife. Who does that.
Don’t get me wrong I loved the show and the twisted ending but at the scene where Louise was trying to save “Adele” from dying, how did she manage to stay calm and actually fall ASLEEP in order to astral project when “Adele's" body was literally minutes away from being burned up? Like how’s that possible, any person would be nervous like hell. And how could she save her by attempting astral projection when the soul or orbs can't touch anything? It doesn't make any sense
@@hiteshsharma526 She didn't know about swapping bodies and she didn't know "Adele" was out of her body for her to have the ability to enter (considering it was a set up)
It feels crazy putting the pieces together now 😃 No wonder Adele cooked most of the times cz it was Rob's skill, astral projection color was Blue(which was Rob's actually), all her past memories with Rob (not the memories of fire/her parents death).. after finishing the series it all makes sense now... the actress did a great job portraying both characters(Adele and Rob) perfectly ❤️
This show was craazyyy! But for everyone confused on why Louise even went to try to save "Adele" when she thought she was gonna commit; remember that through out the show we get small hints that Louises mom committed too so Louise didn't want Adele to be a "second" person she couldn't save.. :( She called the emergency number while she was in the taxi tho..
