be sure and check out Junkerupgarage.com for merch and other goodies. hey guys here is just a little behind the scenes on what ive been up to during this week. hope all you guys are doing great and enjoying projects
Chris, just put the footage for the Hellkitty in a folder for a rainy day (don't forget to back it up - labeling folders of footage for when and what was done helps too). When the build is done done, put it together into a 45-minute long episode or so. The gaps in the story will magically vanish with some judicious cutting and voiceover, and the faster pacing will excuse any missing footage.
Don't keep showing take a little footage here and there especially on the co stuff you create and when it's finished then have a marathon series or put them out one by one or condense all of them into one long video I'd way rather you'd surprise us than drag it on and on making us all crazy waiting for a next installment video
Thank You! For putting a fresh air box on your hellcat conversion!!! I’m so sick of seeing conversions where they just hang an air cleaner off the end and call it good enough.
Absolutely love your videos Chris anytime I can take time out of my day to watch you work the magic you work on all the Mopars you work on whether they are yours or not doesn’t matter!!
You do some of the best work I've ever seen and all that little stuff you say you do is huge stuff to most of us even us that are certified welders certified mechanics you are the man bro Love watching your channel while I'm at work I watch it but I still get my work done
I really like to watch you fabricate metal make things fit. It's just amazing how you make something out of nothing and that is what I try to do, but you can do it.(Very Well)!!!
I custom built Radiators back in the 80's and 90's. I made everything from Freightliners to race cares to show cares... I was the BEST in central America! Austin Healey's, I did it all! Too bad I am retired or I would build you one bad ass Radiator for that car!
Just wondering - what did you do to the torsion bar crossmember in order for the 8HP90 transmission to fit? Would love to see more details on this build. Awesome work!
Chris there’s a company in Illinois that make really cool valve covers for the hellcat that aren’t those shitty looking hump valve covers. They look like old school Hemi valve covers. Should look into it !!
I have trouble keeping one project going. You seem to make everything happen. I admire your ability to keep it all up. Love your tricks under the hood on the Superbee.
I'm not a fan of modern engine swaps, but those details you have made are great. Keep them coming so we can see them! Older clips of hellcat build wold be nice to see too.
I’d definitely like to see build videos of the Hell Cat Super Bee. I am curious, how did you/they get ahold of General Mayhem’s Hellcat after it was taken out. I was under the impression it had to go back to Dodge but I don’t really remember to be honest.
lol not remembering names for stuff, me too!! most of the time i'll just say the first thing that comes to my head and its vaugley in the ball park, there was one time though that my gf wont let me forget, i saw a squirrel and couldnt remember the name of it and said "look a triangle" like where the hell did that come from, not anywhere near it, even for me that was waaay off the charts
Had one by hot wheels back in the 80s, it was gold either a 73 or 74 with a sorta Challenger grille. Had a big stupid engine sticking out , I filled it in and made a flat hood . There was minimal accuracy back then.
Chris, those plastic tanks do not look terrible for one reason: They were never meant to sit there in the first place, but you've made them look as if they've been there since '69. In a way, they look like a logical extension of the equally blech-looking Mopar self-disintegrating washer fluid tank that would have originally been on the Bee. That said, the hide-the-ugly expansion tank is _brilliant_ , and when options like that exist, there's no contest.
Hi Chris I made a couple comments on your videos awhile back on timing and vacuum advance, I will be heading over to where I keep my 55 truck is has a new 350 SBC, and between you and John’s videos I will be going with manifold vacuum , just was hoping you would let me know if I was on track in my comments, and I plan on watching a lot more of your videos, thank you (DRF)
I go 74 Hot Wheels do the motor metallic blue with metallic white headers😂 shaweet. Painted up like a Hot Wheels Nascar car... With deep dish slots and some Goodyear eagle racing logoed tires BOOM BABY ... AND IF IT DOESN'T GET THE REAR SHOTGUN TIPS NASCAR STYLE EXHAUST OUT THE SIDES WILL DO JUST FINE 🎉
Chris, your talents seem endless!!👍 Yes, to more info on the Super Bee build! I had Thrush mufflers on my Challenger R/T back in the day. It was LOUD!! And finally, how's the NASCAR Daytona build coming along? Stay safe!!🙏
I like Super Bee! Finish Super Bee! Richie wants to see more Super Bee, please! I like the Junkerup stuff too! Ug! 🤣 Get the Richard Petty designed 1973 Charger running! I love that car
Chris!!! I personally would love to see your craftsmanship on the fabrication of the SUPER 🐝 BEE!! I understand how busy you are, so maybe use it as fill in videos when you're swamped. 😎🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
I love your vids. your talent in drivin, fabrication, knowledge, WOW. I am disappointed the car is not yours though, wish it was. Any content you put out we will watch for sure so DO IT PLEASE.
Chris, Dude, Super Hell Bee is amazing project!! Yes please show more on that green one. Thanks, Geoff (guy who bought your Scamp a few years ago). Cheers Buddy!
Yes Chris. I'd like to see how you built the Hellcat Super Bee (Hell Bee) provided you avoided the hackery that was criminally committed upon General Mayhem.
Great to see you coming along on the SE car... I have a triple white one thats got everything but the sunroof and the 'U' code, (mine's a 400 TQ car) but I think the 73-4 cars are good lookin too... just in their own right,,, not comparing them to 68-70's i love'm all
Yes, please show more. I'm building the same thing except it is a 392 instead of a hellcat. I did the factory accelerator pedal with the cutoff DBW pedal, but I need to get the roller put on it. For some reason, the throttle response is way to high, it literally does a burnout at every stop light just barely touching the pedal. I think my factory pedal is pushing too much too fast.
