You want a suggestion Doug? Put a scoring pylon in at the south and north end of the track. It doesn't have to be as big as the front stretch pylon. Just the top ten would be good, maybe an option to scroll through the field. Trying to keep track on the video monitors takes too much attention away from the track action. See you on Saturday.
Doug, Looks like you guys keep making substantial improvements, much more so than the previous you know who. The only thing I would add would be handrails in the grandstand stairways. Thanks.
Video boards on the mounds are a great idea! Much needed. Will you be putting up boards in turns 7-10 too? I absolutely love the continuous improvements. Best place to watch a race.
the new arm looks great, Doug I don't care for the miller lite building on turn 3-4 of the road course.... it seems like it is kinda wasted space that no one can use when we have road course events..... I would like to see more handicapped seating at that end of the track......maybe a smaller version of the stands on the opposite side of the track. I think we can get more people sitting there ( turn 3 RC) .the grass hills have the potential to fill up quick and once they do, your options become more limited......especially for our fans that have mobility issues. I say all of this in a positive and constructive tone. not trying to be a butt head. Battle on the Bricks is going to be amazing!!!!!
The only good thing Roger has done is updating IMS. I’ll give him props for upgrading Indianapolis Motor Speedway. He’s honestly a way better owner of IMS only.
Things must be real bad if they are making videos about the track getting refreshed. A four plus hour grind of left turns only is not racing, it is mental illness.
