Now that's how I like to eat scarpetta. Just sauce and whatever the protein is over bread. Doesn't matter what kind of bread. It could be garlic bread, baguette, or Italian torn from the loaf. Good stuff!

Never tried fresh tomatoes. I usually roast them with olive oil, basil and oregano. I finish with some fresh scallion. I'm definitely trying this recipe next time.

Idk if I'm just a weirdo but I refuse to cook shrimp without putting at least a tiny sear to it, so I would sear the shrimp then add the butter etc.
