For the first time I saw a house which is worth its money. Good size family and living room , kitchen was lovely and the extra space downstairs for the kids to hang out . The location is top notch this property will have multiple offers on it.
I love just love this house, very much my style and decor, although I would change the furniture and curtains. Plus the gardens, very nice indeed! It really feels like a normal house to me! Well done indeed!
I think it helps that there's carpets in the rooms. These houses that have porcelain tiles throughout the house feel too industrial to me. It's ok having tiled floors in the entrance halls and kitchen, but all other rooms should be carpet, laminate or wood floors in my opinion.

A strange melange of nice design (the kitchen and the garden for example) and, on the other hand, dreadful furniture and and zero style in the lounge rooms.
When you compare this property to other million plus one's, it becomes obvious why there is such a difference in price. The materials used! This house is great but you can clearly see it's had alot of modest or standard materials used and finish as modern as it is, is not of as high a standard. Saying that though I'd gladly take this house because it's definitely got the type of layout that I love. And it's in s gated community which is extremely appealing to me having lived on a council estate all my life 😂

Now this house is a very lovely family house, room size is good, just that ensuite is slightly small even for the main bedroom and the wood colour on the doors and stairs handles should have gone for something darker. The garden size is great too. Great choice matt & summer, although this time Summer was really quiet..no camera time for Summer?
