Take a behind-the-scenes look into Rimmer Bos HQ. Follow the tour along with Mike Brewer as Chris takes us around the business, giving insight into what goes into our day-to-day running of Rimmer Bros.
I've just finished restoring a Mk2 Spitfire for a customer here in Australia. At least half of the Rimmer Bros. parts we purchased for it were so poorly made that we were forced to either modify them, or return them (at cost). Engine parts were especially bad. To finish the restoration we ended up repairing some of the original parts as they were better quality...! RB do not a give a flying feck about customer support - emails and follow up phone calls fell on deaf ears -, or the quality of the parts they supply. If you are in the colonies, find a good local supplier who sells quality parts and avoid Rimmer Bros!
We are sorry that you have had a bad experience, we would like to understand what went wrong. Please can you let us know more about it so that we can improve? If possible please email our Sales Manager, Andrew Mundy, with any details you can provide, andrew.mundy@rimmerbros.com.
