Am highly impressed with dedication and ingenuity. And love of birds. I could tell how much everyone enjoyed doing this, despite the challenges. Thank you. I am also enjoying watching people of all ages and from all over the world express their enjoyment and asking questions on the feed (especially the kids). This is worth shaking some money out of my budget to support.

Makes me respect and admire Cornell even more!!! I love birds and have watched your birds for only the past two years, so it has become a true joy to my life. Thanks for doing this because you have no idea how much of a blessing this is to so many people. Your hard work is very much appreciated.

Cornell you've done an awesome job both on this cam and the Great Blue Heron cam! Thank you for giving us an opportunity to watch these beautiful birds go to nest and rear their young!

Ok, let's try this again (LOL). I have been so impressed with Cornell and the RTH camera. I have thoroughly enjoyed sharing this pair's family life over the past couple of months. Watching the peeps grow up and fledge (still waiting for C3 to fledge!) has been better than any reality TV show out there. Thank you Charles and Cornell!

Wonderful to see how the cams went up. National Geo and PBS Nature should be calling Cornell by now. Documentaries need to be made. Money needs to be made for the Lab.

What a great video! I always wondered how you got those cameras in place. The result is certainly worth the effort. Well done!

I asked the mods on the Hawk Cam chat about the lights, and Cornell does NOT turn that particular set of lights on during nesting season....this is the hawk's 4th nesting season at that same site. Cornell is doing great by these birds and it seems to work out just fine for them, too :)

incredible that the hawks did not seem bothered by the build, how did you know that they wouldn't have laid the eggs yet?

I'm surprised to see they've built a nest right next to that bank of high-power lights. I suppose they aren't bothered by the lights (or nightgames)? Adaptable birds. We have peregrines in downtown Pittsburgh, helping to keep the pigeon population down. Nature is amazing.

Wow. This really takes me back to grad school. Sure wish I could have found a job as an ornithologist, but no one was hiring back then. Sigh.

These are brave men going up on that lift.. I love the Cornell bird cams and feeders...On another note is sad and pathetic that Cornell just removed the "bust" of Lincoln and the Gettysburg address from campus because some idiot complained. Woke college

I wonder if the hawks will suffer ill effects from constant wifi radiation?
