Behind the Scenes: Mark D. Sikes for Chaddock 

Before anyone could have fathomed that spring High Point Market would be canceled, designer Mark D. Sikes had come to High Point to set his collection and shoot it at the Chaddock showroom at 200 Steele. When we heard that Sikes was in town, we asked Andrew Crone, CEO of Chaddock, if we could plan a visit, do an interview and capture some of the set up in progress. The Mark D. Sikes collection for Chaddock was inspired by three principles - curate, customize and collect - as Sikes believes that the magic of a space is in its mix, that furniture and finish options make design all the more personal and expressive, and that antiques and new heirlooms make the story that much more interesting.
