1883 is one of the best tv shows I’ve seen. I’ve been thinking about it for days after I completed it. Very, very good show.

As much as I *LOVE* *_Yellowstone_* (best current, continuing series on right now IMO) , *_1883_* is *THE* most authentic representation of the "Old West" I have ever seen. It got everything right.

I got 65 inch TV in February. Rewatched 1883 and 1923 Run for Million. Rewatched Yellowstone all weekend. Really enjoy watching Western and Thank You Taylor

This looks like an absolute blast and it's awesome to see that they've been taught properly, with respect to the animals. You can definitely tell how comfortable they all feel on horseback.

I'm gonna start watching this. I love the entire genre. I guess Sam Elliott didn't have to go to cowboy school. He was riding before the rest were born.

It felt so real watching the whole series! Now it makes sense why! Perfect group of characters blended together! Taylor is a phenomenal director and artist!

My mom started watching the "whole" program trilogy, Yellowstone, 1883, and 1923 and she got me binging on it now and I love it!

Taylor Sheridan = Genius.

I've been saying that what Band of Brothers is to WWII, 1883 is to the Oregon Trail. And then I come across this clip, proving my point. Band of Brothers had a boot camp for the actors. 1883 had a cowboy camp. Both are a 10-part series, and both are epic.

I’m a western fanatic for sure and 1883 is the best western I’ve ever seen. It’s hard to compare it to the old Classic westerns like, stagecoach or The Searchers. A series is totally different because you bond with the characters and the struggles, as they progress through time. Taylor Sheridan nailed this one. Please keep the “REAL COWBOY MOVIES” coming. If I had to pick one genre to watch, it would be Western movies. 😂😂 I watch them while wearing my 2 Single Action Race Guns. My wife thinks I’m nuts but I don’t care, I love it. My dream is to live on 60 acres with horses, a big barn, some cattle, chickens and my beautiful wife. I’m 61 years old now and I’d trade whatever time I have left for 5 years of living like that. I’d live a lifetime in those 5 years I guarantee it. Thank you Taylor and all of the cast for entertaining us with the absolute joy of the Western Frontier.

This was truly the best series I've ever seen. I think Taylor Sheridan is one of the best writer/directors of our time. I've watched Yellowstone and 1883, cannot wait for the next seasons or whatever he comes out with next!!

I absolutely LOVED 1883 and Yellowstone! Every episode of both were always great! Started watching 1923….got through 3 episodes and all I can say is it does NOT HOLD A CANDLE to the previous two!!

I watched this show with my oldest daughter, whom happens to be my entire world.. started off watching the series and it was great, towards the end I was hugging her so tight. Amazing show.

It's nice.to watch westerns where the actors know how to get on a horse. I wish they would teach them to cheek a horse to get on. They get a A plus for their hard work because most of them ride pretty darn good. Keep them coming.

Big props to the actors (and Taylor) because this all worked. You all appear to be exceptional riders and very connected to the story's chronology. Bravo.

I love that they want to learn how to do those things the right way.

I already had high expectations for this show after seeing the great shows and movies Taylor has put out the past few years but it blew away even my high expectations.. Such a great show

I own a small (50 acre) boarding property, we currently have 40 horses on the property. We breed, train and house equine. My day starts early ends late. Live every minute. Makes one appreciate the hardships our ancestors endured expanding this great REPUBLIC. As Benjamin Franklin responded to a question, “A Republic, if you can keep it”.

I love this series so much! The very best! Thank you Taylor for your vision and sharing it with us.. I was able to ride in the Great Western cattle drive in Vici, Oklahoma in 2010.. riding the prairie and driving the longhorn cattle looked just like your movie.. I got to relive through the series.. except we didn’t have bandit or Indians chasing us.. thank God! Can’t wait for more..

Tom Hanks, who we saw in a cameo in one of the earliest 1883 episodes, was also a producer on Band of Brothers. There they had a Soldier camp prior to starting shooting the series. Now we learn 1883 and Yellowstone had a Cowboy camp.... This proves that when a productions whole cast all strive for the same result and are united in learning the ins and out of the life they portray... it sells the experience on screen. It's like Taylor told everyone to check their ego at the door, and said let's have fun and do some great storytelling.

I know it was a great show. Still mad about the ending😤 emotional rollercoaster 🎢

When I saw the advertisements for 1883 being advertised on Paramount I thought oh I can't wait to see it. But unfortunately I don't get Paramount plus so I was going to have to buy the DVD set or wait. But luckily it's on Paramount now and I knew I was going to like it and I love this show. And I really never thought about the actors knowing how to ride horses or wagons and do what they do they certainly are super talented and they make it look like they've been doing that for years. I just really focus on the people that they are playing because they do such an amazing job I am convinced they are that character. Great great show!

I don't imagine that there was much that Sam Elliot would have had to have learned that he hadn't already done numerous times. Sam Elliot and Tim McGraw look like they were born on a horse.

1883 is a masterpiece!!

Love this series as much as GAME OF THRONES and I didn’t think that would EVER happen. Because I am obsessed wit GOT and House of Dragons. But I’ve watched all seasons of Yellowstone at least 4 times! Bonanza meets Godfather sums it up. It is western drama mafia. And I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! Have seen I think it’s called 1883 with Tim M and Faith Hill and it was so good too. It’s hard to beet Rip, Casey and Beth Dutton. And of course the king, Kevin Costner! Love the characters Beth and Casey Dutton and oh my gosh, Rip. They have perfected those characters. And Monica is equally wonderful!!! And teeter , Michael Landon’s daughter, is FABULOUS! Love all of the wranglers. They are the cherries on top!!! Saw Teeter in As the World Turns soap and she was fantastic and my fav back in the day! She’s so underrated!!! And the country singer, Lainey Wilson, love love love! Gonna be so upset if Taylor doesn’t figure out about writing Costner out on the second part of the 5th season and the others can carry the show without him. I’m a huge Costner fan but I want the show to continue and am so disappointed in Costner. He knows how much this show is loved. He needs to drop some of his ego. I probably won’t watch any 4 of his new movies in this new project. But he’s not needed to carry this show forward!

I watched western movies since my elementary school coz we lived in a sugar milling company place run by a caucasian manager & he ordered western movies & we watched it in a big open screen that a lot of people can watched. So that's why I love to watch the " Yellowstone."

Taylor is blessed and created something very special for them and 🇺🇸America…..yes haw !!
