This trailer shows a montage of preparing the venue for the special, including a couple of short clips of the music being recorded - showing a bass guitar, an accordion, and David Byrne himself!
(My channel specializes in sharing David Byrne & Talking Heads stuff, so the reason I share this trailer is obviously due to his appearance in it hehe)
This is the same music featured in the intro and outro of Baby J, except this is a fully instrumental mix of the song (besides the other audio edited over it for this trailer)
This video also seems to show that the song is titled Drownin' on the sheet music that's briefly on screen - which makes sense considering the vocals seem to say "I'm drowning anyway"
