🍔Small-batch care & love! How can it be that a lot of single outlets make a pan/griddle seared burger that’s miles better than a Global Brand that also hot-plate sears it’s burgers? I had a burger a few months ago from a Hole-in-the-wall, single store outlet in a Waikiki shopping mall, frikkin awesome!!😋😍, chunky cut fries too😎👍. I get that people might be on a tight budget, but you wouldn’t catch me at that franchise with the drive-through 😝😬😵💫.
The burgers are amazing I like how they do it. The gravy for the roast is too watery. The double cook chips they overdo the first stage should just be blanched it traps too much oil that don't taste too good needs more frequent oil changing just look at the colour of it. I think I prefer a Latifs curry.
hmmm odd how this latif guy only shouts out bengali businesses. Even in one of his previous videos he talks about majority indian takeaway and restuarants are owned by bengalis and indians. most of them are owned by pakistanis the guys clueless.
Yo! I’m Bengali so when I meet Bengali entrepreneurs it’s nice to see brothers do well! My last vlog I was in a South Indian place owners Indian. I’ve got videos of Afghan owned restaurants. If you know any good recommendations just let me know. Where there is good food and the allow me to film the cooking process I’m more then happy.
Just watching this video. The cross contamination of raw food with cooked food is frankly alarming. Handing raw food with bare hands then picking up cooking utensils then dipping hand in pot for seasoning, then moving over to the cooked burgers on the other grill and stacking them up in twos…. all with the same hands that handled the raw food. No washing of hands in between or at least wearing gloves to handle the raw then take them off to handle the rest. Even the man wrapping the food up handled those burgers too 🤢🤮 WATCH 👀and SEE for yourself. For me it’s an absolute NO WAY! Latif teach them. I’ve seen you do it the right way.
Honestly, have you ever been ‘back of house’ in a McDonalds? It’s not pretty 😵💫‼️ Floors are slippery like black ice and it’s usually festerin’ under the deep fat fryers, fries & squashed fries on the floor…..
@@billyaitken7461 Major fast food chain can and do invest in good cleaning regimes for their businesses. Though what that has to do with the grubby state of this burger joint and the questionable food handling practices is beyond me!
@@littlewink7941 just sayin….don’t believe that global franchise is any cleaner with it’s bigger budget, because every time I’ve had cause to go back of house, it just re affirms why I don’t eat there
