Lady Dimitrescu is the best character, they could’ve made her the main villain, made the game 20 hours long, and it would’ve been immaculate. Love the character design!
lol what? Absolutely NONE of the movements in the game are at all "gOoFy" in the slightest, all the motion captures PERFECTLY matches their suited characters! You're out of it acting like it doesn't all fit when it DOES!
The movement isn't "goofy" in game cuz this more like the sketch before the finished drawing and rendering is done to it, aka before the refine the animations and use this and 3d model as reference and a slate to add fine details , edit, redo etc
I cannot express how much I love behind the scenes mocap footage like. I could honestly watch the whole of a mocap game or movie like this, it's so interesting to me lmfao
Nah you can't access the whole behind the scenes as this is copyrighted footage. If the whole game's mocap is published online, it could result in the illegal reproduction of the game
@@sriramkannan2592 That I completely understand, but what if they published it as an add on or maybe in one of their own videos or make a documentary or something like that from the company
@@naturazpolski9213 yeah I know, point still stands, mocapping for games isn't new bcs I thought op comment's here was appreciating mocap like it's a new thing in the gaming industry:)
Yeah, before playing it I thought that giant lady would be my favourite. After the gameplay, it def was Heisenberg for me. I really liked her castle though.
@@quantommy if they wanted consistency they should have used what the fuck because that's how he became so iconic from 7 tho. Always screaming what the fuck, fuck, the fuck is this. Lol
Imagine being the actor for Ethan. I can’t imagine how much that poor actor got thrown around for the game 😂 . I would have loved to be the actress for Angie! That seems like the coolest and funniest part
The fact that the creators of Ethan fell in-love with him and were like “we had to continue his story… to the end.” And then have to act like they didn’t kill him three times is so hilarious but also WTF
I like how the creators got attached to Ethan Winter's character and story so much and that's why they decided on making him the main character for RE 8
It's amazing how the scenes are created. And transferred into the game. The draftsmen who first make artworks how it should ultimately look. Are true artists.
This is sooo amazing to see Neil Newbon here, I know he takes a huge part in mocap of RE but I didn't know he would be here as well. He is so awesome! 😊 Great job Mr Kamsky and Nikolay 😁
@@Theaythen It would be very nice if learned something about interpunction, because it's hard to understand you are talking abour credits, when you mumble like that.
What i love about the blockout/Gray_box version of Beneviento Manor ( this inspiration stay in the last version too) is that it's the quasi copy of the Phantom Manor in our Disneyland Paris (victorian architecture) Those artist/devs know how to pick some great references and transform them into special experience, this is for me the best level in the game for the tension and the atmosphere ! 6:27
I passed the game tonight and I gotta say it was one of the best experiences ever! The graphics, bosses, Ethan sacrificing limb for limb to save his daughter, badass weapons I mean come on!!!💯💯big resident evil fan here!
Man I'm soooo stoked for RE9 starting to get adverts. This gets me so excited. The old man from the Village with the shot gun reminds me of the Ganados from RE4R.
Wanna know one of thing in my list of things that I find satisfying in game developing? Having your vision come to life, moving around, speaking, in action, etc. To me, the feeling of seeing what you imagined in your head, coming to life is just fascinating.
