This is a perfect example of how Gavin's brain works. He's plenty intelligent, but he literally can't comprehend just pulling the chair straight back.

He couldn't pull it straight back because the chair was wedged up against the underside, thats why the table kept moving when he tried to move it. what he SHOULD have done was 1) when he was sitting in it, lowered it and 2) when he was standing up, tilted the chair forward and then pulled it back

I seriously don't see how hard this is. I mean, I've had this problem at the office, and all you have to do is lift the desk with one hand (slowly), and push or pull the chair with the other. However, with Gavin's case, we need to bomb that desk. That thing is a work hazard.

I saw a similar trick that was even better (this was done to someones entire bedroom in University halls). You take every single item that is on or in the desk out and individually wrap it in cellophane, wrap each draw or panel of the desk separately as well, put all the items back in the drawers and wrap them again, wrap the main body of the desk, put it all back together in its original arrangement and then wrap that in a further layer of cellophane.

Gav is British. That means that he has thick skin. I.e. He tends not to give a fuck. Furthermore he will have a stiff upper lip, this means that even if he did give a fuck, he wouldn't show it.

hole 1: under the keyboard the desk gave way when he was messing around hole 2: Ryan cut a hole in it to make rook for a noise maker to prank Gavin hole 3: Burnie or gus hammered the corner off, i forget which one did it, whoever didnt do it was the one who drew a dick on the side.
