Thank you so much for the recent tour of your studio. 🧡From start to finish it is absolutely awesome. You are so wonderfully organized. 😁There was so much to see that I love, the table in the middle, the ribbon storage, the boxes of fabrics, the fabrics themselves, the Dies in a frame on the wall! genious 😊haha, and so many buttons :-) I think I need to send you a few more because I don't know what to do with mine, then yours feel not alone 😂😂😂 but the most awesome thing that captures my eye is at 30:50 the faboulus fabric collage!!!! How great is this!!!! LOVE IT! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 you are such an inspiring and symphatic person, love you 😽
Aww, Steffi, thank you very much for your lovely comment. You always bring a smile to my face 😊❤️. I was thinking the other day what to do with those buttons and it occurred to me that I should use them to create a painting 🤣. Just glue them on the canvas. I could even paint over with gesso. I still need to figure out what the painting should be about 🤣🤣🤣 Maybe you could do the same with yours, or include some in your lovely collages 😊❤️
Hola.
Loved seeing your work space. You must spend alot of time in there daily as you have so many projects to accomplish! Grateful for all your tutorials 🙏 thank you so much.
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it. Yes, you’re absolutely right, I spent on average 10 hours there every day. It has been my full time job for almost a year now and I love it. When you do what you are meant to be doing it’s as if you don’t work at all. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for sharing this wonderful craft space, love how you are so organised with your craft stuff. What a joy it must be for you to work and create in it. X
You're very welcome! I'm glad you think it's nice. It's a space where I feel most comfortable in. Thank you so much for watching and for your kind comment 😊❤️
Thank you Dragana. What a lovely craft room. I also have beautiful windows and a view. My dream catchers, two, also hang in the window. You are the first person with a craft room similar to mine. I have added items for 50 years. Many were given to me or were from the thrift store for pennies. At 72, I am crafting as fast as I can to try and use what I have. No one else is interested in my treasures. I can just picture it going to the side of the road with the trash.😢 I am hoping my daughters will try to find other crafters to take it. Until then-------- I'll just keep crafting and enjoying myself. Love your ideas and journals. ❤
Oh, dear, I know what you mean! We collect so much and our studios become our castles full of little treasures. I'm 50 and I have the same thoughts as you. Although, I don't have any children so who knows what is going to happen when I'm gone. But, it doesn't matter as long as we enjoy in the present moment and have fun with what we have. I believe that all is going to be just as it should and most of our treasures will find someone to cherish them or use them in some way. Hugs❤️❤️❤️
Congrats reaching a milestone of 10K subscribers! Storing cutting dies on magnetic sheets on a wall is such a good idea! But framing that storage and displaying it as art is an excellent idea, wow!!!
Your studios' are incredible, its like a mini art store in there, how fun and I'm happy you have a space for all your art stuff! I love all of your fabric collages and your artwork from the past. You are quite an accomplished artist. Thanks so much for sharing your treasures/supplies and art.
Hi Dragana wonderful, peacefull, well organized crafting space, love the light, the view, I like to see where you create your beautiful work, your organization is admirable and inspiring.Thank you for sharing, send love💖💖
Fabulously organized, always great to have more space. Thank you for sharing your beautiful new room. But, for real: a person cd live to be 1,000 years old and still not use up all the goodies in this room.
Your wall die storage is fantastic! I love that you can see them all, and they look like framed art. I long for the day when I have a designated room and see that we have some similar ideas of how to place things. I also want multiple shelves above my desk, and much of my storage is recycled boxes and small drawer units that I crafted from foam board and covered with contact paper. I don’t have nearly as much as you do, and I’ll never film, but your room is inspiring. Thank you for the tour. ❤
I'm so glad you enjoyed the tour! I've been collecting things for a few years and sometimes I fear that my room is going to get too small again 🤣. That wall die storage is probably the best improvement from the previous room. I would love to have my stencils up on the wall as well, but no more wall room🤣. I love using recycled boxes for storage because they are free, and I prefer to spend my craft supplies budget on paper, stamps, dies and stencils, rather than fancy storage boxes. Thank you so much for watching and commenting on my videos. I really appreciate it ❤️😊
Thank you 🙏 so much for the tour through your creative space. Like your artist book, your statements touched my heart. "Change is inevitable but personal growth is a choice." (BP)
Love your channel. Great walk through and so happy you have such a wonderful room for your crafting creations. Wishing the best and many happy moments in your new space! 🥰
Thank you so much! I'm glad you like my marbled papers. Marbling paper is very addictive, just like gelli printing. Once you start it's hard to stop 😊. I think, one more practice session and I'll be ready to do a tutorial 😊❤️
So happy you have a larger room with an awesome view. It is so amazingly organized. I love your magnetic board, ribbon rod idea and your new table with adjustable heights. Standing is much healthier than sitting. I noticed you had a Janome embroidery machine. I have a Janome sewing machine as well. Again, so happy for you that your new room is ready for you to enjoy.
Thank you so much Deborah! I'm glad you like my new space. It's definitely improvement from the old one and I enjoy working in it. Janome machines are really good. I also have a Janome serger and in 25 years it never needed repairs. Still works great. Although I'm not doing much sewing these days but it's great to have it. 😊❤️
Thank you for sharing your room and storage ideas with us. Wow I want to come in create at your house but it's a little far for me and my electric wheelchair😂 haha especially microwave cook uniform boxes and covered them with contact paper for storage. Everything you do is so neat an attractive. I think I will have to watch the video again to remind myself of all the wonderful ways that you have stored things
I'm so glad you enjoyed the tour. Thank you very much for watching. ❤️Sometimes I step back and look at my room and think, wow that is so cluttered and overwhelming, I should get rid of everything and leave just one desk. And other times I go in and I forget the rest of the world exists and it makes me feel safe and happy. There's a struggle in my mind, but I always decide to embrace that clutter and mess. I sometimes consider myself a recovering perfectionist 🤣🤣🤣
Your new space is wonderful. I love that you have space for your creativity. You are such a wonderful artist in all your ventures. I especially like seeing the scenery outside that is your view. Such a beautiful area you live in. Thank you for the tour.
Oh I forgot to mention how much I love your slow Stitch clusters. I'm going to check and see if you have a video to show us how to make them they are some of the prettiest ones I've ever seen. You are such an amazing artist in so many different areas
Thank you so much! Glad you like those. There's a video where I show how I make those clusters. Here's the link: Slow Stitch Fabric Embellishments for Junk Journals - Nature Inspired ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NWGafIrzvA0.html
Ciao Dragana, I was impatient to see your art room, it’ s a beautiful place with many things, I think there are many years you collect it. At minutes 15.50’ I think, I saw a little doilies like I had when I was a little girl in my native country (Romania). I remember my childhood and like your mother in law and my mum and my grandmother did that doilies and I have some of them here, with me. For me, English is the third language ( after Romanian and Italian ), and it’s a bit difficult to write it, but your English it’s perfect, seams you learned in another country. I love your art and watch your video! Big hugs !!😊
Ciao Manuela! Thank you so much for your kind comment and for watching! Oh, those doilies are so cute! I'm still thinking what is the best way to include them in the journal. You're very lucky to speak so many languages. I sometimes wish I know at least one more. I have lived in Australia for 15 years, and studied there. I think the best way to learn a new language is to immerse yourself into that culture. 😊❤️
@Saacibo Yes, Dragana it’s tru’ when you live in another country you learn a language better than you studied with 100 books! I wish you and your family all the best and good luck for everything in your life🥰!,,,
Thank you so much for watching and for your nice comments. I'm really glad you enjoyed it. My great grandmother on my mom's side was from Poland, from Krakow. I hope I visit one day, I heard that Poland is a beautiful country. 😊❤️
Pozdrawiam 🙂
Your crafting space is wonderful. What I love the most is the natural light and the view from your window. You cannot but be inspired in such a peaceful environment. I am very happy for you.
