Jay, I love keeping up with your channel and the Perkins' channel. They are the guys guy of channels for me. Friendly fire insults, and just doing hard work while having a good time. The age old debate of teepee vs log cabin for starting a fire is like the debate for paper over the top or down the back for toilet paper, hahaha. Both methods work. As a semi-retired semi-professional bonfire master, I prefer log cabin for starting fires. And, because I have cats, paper down the back for toilet paper.

We don't have a fire pit because they are prohibited in our tiny city. We have an Agricultural Waste Recycling Device, aka AWARD. We do have a big vegetable and berry garden.
