What’s the difference between this and the Behringer Ultra Chorus? I have the Ultra but I think this might be better.

As far as I know, the Behringer Ultra Chorus is basically a Boss CH-1 Chorus. Which I believe is a standard chorus (delay/pitch/vibrato set against the dry tone). Whereas the Behringer Chorus Space- D is a Tri-chorus; namely two different delay/pitch/vibrato pitches set against the dry tone. The latter should be thicker, and can almost flange and when placed in stereo achieving a huge panned effect. I've always preferred Tri-chorus over the standard one. It's basically down to taste; it's like the difference in stereo between a Boss CE-3 and the Boss DC-2. I hope that this helps? All the best, Dale Harris

@@EverythingGuitar23 thanks, yes I see. I might get one as it does sound more interesting to my ear. I also have a vintage Ibanez Flanger in 18V in my pedal board.

I would certainly try both chorus pedals and keep the one that you prefer. Also, those old mxr flangers are really lovely, I concur! All the best, Dale
