God that startup sound on the Freightliner sound set is horrible. Endless cranking. Needs to go to the shop. Hopefully in Advanced classes you'll teach how to chop those sounds down and get just a couple cranks on a cold start.
@@HobbyconceptsLLC Ok, I am new to the Beier system. i noticed that on the SFR-1 system the S-BUS is attached to prop #6 and on the USM it is prop channel #8. Will that make my USM have SBUS at prop #6 or is there a way to switch that prop ?
Just watched your volume 3 of this bierer masterclass. The sounds in the preloaded folder could possibly put a boat engine sound on my Proboat sonicwake for motor sounds? That correct? Thanks Bob
You only need a USB slot. If you do need to upload you can get a card adapter like this: www.amazon.com/Reader-Adapter-Camera-Memory-Wansurs/dp/B0B9QZ4W4Y/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2VORITU88G80B&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.OP-goGzbVTBErEAb5KAgGPaK3y1KpKlwUa4P6clW3yo1aG2DiNLK9t2OgB3XmNzre-K4Kq6qWMHo9cPgMIw5azZw5WjOw_BdwOMjDy3d1-xj_ZEm0EGqA1qvfoo44Xw2K5A4hw28Jju6XHhyhX-AmctgfdnjL9TaGTYSuTWF7UDkmcxAYD35PZi6WxUkmcabtrtJg9YI8-2QwbnLxYTtsbeLWQ_2EOf4NwAn5ip-ecU.t9Skx7tpFbVhUH0l5c8UII2dlc_oJyGP9akcHz7JmwM&dib_tag=se&keywords=usb+to+sd&qid=1720283157&sprefix=usb+to+s%2Caps%2C148&sr=8-3
Oh! I had a thought. There's a pair of screw terminals on the trailer modules for attaching a motor. I know they're meant for like a cement mixer drum or some other constant mechanism, but would you be willing to discuss using that circuit for running powered landing legs, instead of the Tamiya pokey-finger mechanism? Ultimately I'm interested in using it to run a screw drive on the DCM Lowboy and rebuilding the neck-to-deck coupler, so it can go from ride height, down to grounding-unpin height, then lift the locking cleat, and finally push kickstand cleats against the truck frame to lift the gooseneck clear, kind of like the Landoll single-valve single-cylinder hydraulic mechanisms.
