@@kamsunleong6648We do not do that either...that is why we doubt what the official Chinese leadership claims...authoritarian states have a nasty tendency to lie.
My wife parents report malls and industry dying off, and companies go out of business and refuse to pay one years wages, they call layoff until spring and company packs up and moves out of China,
In CCP China, only the CCP members counts. Hence, CCP China GDP is a measure of only the CCP members wealth growth, and does not include the slaves economic demise. As such, the report of 5.2% is true as far as CCP is concerned. As long as CCP grow richer, it does not matter if the slaves get poorer.
@@stephanc6138 how to minimise the revolt if they're just starting due to nationwide unemployment, and savings they can't even withdraw. Do you think the people will just sit back, relax and enjoy their lives, while their stomach is empty? Who on earth could accept such kind of fate?

Can confirm this, i was in beijing recently, which i called home for more than 10 years and left last year. I blamed it on the cold winter weather first but the city was so empty and lifeless, even in sanlitun, i barely saw any foreigners on the streets. My favorite restaurant in gulou area was half empty on a friday evening!!! it was usually full even during weekdays in the evening. the boss told me that business became really bad around may 2023.
there was vlog that 500K foreigners left Shanghai for geopolitical reasons and Shanghai is dying or already dead.... those hated westerners made and broke China.
For every person that hasn’t been paid for months or have been laid off there are hundreds of friends and family that are wondering when it’s going to happen to them and not spending a dime for anything unnecessary.
The money didn't all disappear. It just stopped circulating. An economy is based upon circulating money. Tencent is trying to purchase the Dungeons and Dragons (DnD) IP from Hasbro for example. So there is money out there even in media companies.
It goes beyond that. CCP memebers aren't spending either because if they get recorded spending money or having fun in public, they will get in trouble. That is why new years spending has tanked so much, most people have no money and those that do are afraid to be see spending it. (this is better for the CCP because any money in any bank is free money for the CCP to steal)
@@naekosl3059 You mean the newer and also crappy CEO of Hasbro Chris Cocks is trying to sell DnD to tencent to pad his personal wealth by gaming the stock price. Most companies these days are ran like the city of chicago when it sold its parking meters off, costing the city to lose billions of dollars in future revenue just to pad short term budgets for the city. Companies are all ran by vapid CEOs that only care about short term stock price, not customers and not products.
30 minutes without oxygen/blood cells begin dying. For every minute of NO circulation your cells are NOT healthy. You only put on a tourniquet if you are NOT saving the limb OR as a last resort to save the blood from loss saving the rest of the body.
Let it be known that the average Chinese citizens don’t deserve this. Truthfully, they deserve the fair treatment and wages they have been denied for generations. It’s sad for me to see China in such a state, and to know that it’s the common citizens who suffer.
i cannot get those ordenary citizens attacking Japan out of my head... i think many of them are still blissfully unaware why this is happening to them, same are ordenary russians.
Apparently no one at the CCP read Adam Smith, any economy that goes up must eventually go down; the bigger the up the bigger the down and China has 40 years of up so looking at 4 years of down. The simple fact is when everyone is making money it's much easier for grifters to be successful and trick everyone into thinking you're making money, all the property developers were taking all the money up front and giving themselves bonuses and then would take money from the next project to build the last project. If you build you company on a lie eventually it will collapse when it hits any problem, but the people at the top took their bonuses and have left the country and everyone else is left in the shit pile.
CCP is a vast group of people. The govt has various ministries each of which justifies their existence by taking on projects against people or companies that DARE to Oppose the CCP. So it is appropriate for one of their ministries to try to resolve Pianogate.
@@naekosl3059everything the CCP dies is cringe. They’re obviously stupid by western standards. Their spies are morons. No one would have known or cared for if they just walked away. Instead they approached the camera and put their faces across the whole internet by behaving like brats.
My Theory of the economic implosion of China Chinese businesses borrowed Yuan to set-up factories/exporters. They used Yuan to buy materials and pay employees. Factories exported overseas and were paid in Dollars. These Dollars stayed overseas, with only enough brought back in to pay to keep things going. Inevitable decline in trade due to being instigators of COVID-19. Factories close. Loans unpaid. Chinese move overseas to where they hid their money. Immigration based on their wealth. Inevitable overpriced housing market in these countries.
Lols. Wut? I was in Guangzhou's CBD on Friday, in Tianhe, and the place was rammed. Every bar along the busiest streets was full, with locals and foreigners, and this was from when I arrived at 12 in the afternoon until I left at 8.30. I was in Tianhe again today, and the metro was heaving with people going into the city centre from all areas of Guangzhou. When I was in Grandview Mall, it was packed, and I was there all day with my wife and son. I'd love to see time stamps on these videos that are supposedly showing empty streets in the major cities. Unless Guangzhou, which is very close to Shenzhen, another city mentioned here, is some sort of miracle or a mirage, then I'd take these videos with a hefty pinch of salt on the side. It's also the start of the Spring Festival/Chinese New Year. A lot of people have gone back to their hometowns. Even where I live, outside Guangzhou city centre, restaurants, and shops are still seeing plenty of footfall and I see bags in people's hands with designer logos. It's very easy to sensationalise things when you aren't there on the ground to witness it.
I don't have a RU-vid channel where I post unverified videos, but I can rely on my own eyes and experiences. Take from that what you will. I've been interested in politics since I was a teenager. I've heard and read for years that China was going to fall by this date or that date. It hasn't happened yet. You should question why some people, particularly in the West, have such a strong desire to see China fail. You might be intrigued if you look more closely at the people funding these types of videos. Take a look at the West. Watch some videos on how the USA, Britain, France, and many more are falling to pieces. It'll start to make more sense if you do so.
I agree; excellent content. But it's a shame wasting editors', writers' and researchers' hard work. This channel's useful information is impossible to focus on when every word is a possible disaster. Are narrators hard to find?
No money to shop, causing closure. WHY? All the factory that was manufacturing clone and illegal copy rights goods had to closed. No work, no money, street empty. End of the pipe dream.
On the surface, the American two-party system appears to be dysfunctional with high friction. The system actually works to enhance the "Checks and Balances" built into the U.S. Government. Each party will not hesitate to publicly tattle on the other party if questionable activities are suspected. That would never happen in a One-party system.
We (the U.S.) also have a one-party system. And "checks & balances" refers to the 3 branches of govt (executive, legislative, judicial), not pretend "fighting" between the pretend "opposition" parties.
Nah, they simply take turns wielding the power, to the detriment of the the average US citizen. The system is rigged so that the two party system cannot be challenged. Granted, the U.S is not a democracy, but a constitutional republic, so it's not like we should necessarily expect more plurality in the legislative branch. Ironically, the founding fathers did not like the idea of parties, with Hamilton calling political parties “the most fatal disease” of popular governments. Why? Because the always end up serving special interests. Just like the CCP does.
1. The US only have one party pretending to be two parties.... 2. A proper democracy should always have multi-party system to support the wills of the everyone
china probaly lost at least 10 million to 30 million ppl during the pandemic, not to mention negative net migration, plus ppl learned that to be happy they didnt need to buy crap. so its gonna be very hard to make a real come back, not to mention that foreign investment has fled which is like a tripple wammy
Maybe, but the main people dying would have been the old, so I doubt that is directly resulting in this. I think this is people in general in China are hording their money because they are scared about what may happen in the future and/or they lost their money in the real estate scams.
They can lie about any percentage they like. The truth is that the world has woken up and realised what this terrible place is up to. I would suggest all Chinese to go back to the fields or what’s left of them, they have a better chance with subsistence farming.
Yes, they are deserted because people have gone to their native towns and villages to celebrate Chinese New Year with their parents and grandparents. Are you blind to this simple fact or are you malicious?
China is on the decline. It doesn't matter what they are reporting; you cannot have a contraction in all sectors including demographics and then realistically expect anyone to believe a positive GDP.
Beautiful buildings, great looking street & infrastructure so clean and well maintained. Come back China walking hand in hand with world nations instead facing economic calamity created for selfish interests and greed of very few in powers. Learn to share profits with hard working people on floor jobs and lower positions. If all are happy & prosperous,China will be better off without any doubt.
Boom and bust are cyclical. Need a new strategy of localised growth and internal circulation. Dont depend on the export strategy. Reinvent, improve quality, and buy local manufactured.
Everything goes to military buildup while nothing to the people. With her aggression in Southeast Asia, even her Asian trading partners have withdrawn.....great rise - greater fall. The world watches.
The best thing, coming out of China, are the long form, scripted, television productions! I especially enjoy the costume dramas! Historical, Wuxia and Xianxia! Many available to watch, for free, on RU-vid!
It’s Chinese new year so most people go back to their hometown. It’s like Christmas Day for westerners. Of course it’s empty. Can you find any stores on Christmas Day? So misleading
2023 most economies in the world went into recession after the supply chain issues, partlypolitical, partly geographical and mainly due to Covid 19. This happened in all countries independent of the type of government or style of economy.

The great depression is kinda the right word. In the US the great depression endet, when the gouvernment offered affordable building via the new deal invests which solved both the unemployment and the affordable homes at once. And in europe the great depression endet when Hitler offered the Germans affordable homes as well (well the wareconomy helped reducing unemployment too, but thats not so great to reproduce). So basically China has to somehow solve the housing crisis
