i am a science major and christian .... its so hard because i am at a lutheran school yet the teachers push their anti God agenda and i feel like I am alone being a christian
Maybe join your local church or bible study around ur school. if there isn’t one, u can make one or maybe a praise and get together event you can make at ur school where people gather food,gospel,pray together,and read gods word together?

University.....has there ever been a person of superior intellect who believed the nonsense found in the Bible, Koran and similar paranormal fantasies. I am not talking about people who "go" to the university to take multiple choice tests that they think are difficult.
It's great to see you again :D I'm in uni at the moment and yes, all these are very important!! Especially finding that christian community that suits you. I'm very lucky to not only have found a church and a lovely cell group, but to have a christian fellowship in my school as well :) Another good source that explains some of the more complicated parts of the Bible in a clearer way is The Bible Project on youtube. It's more visual, so very good for people who are audio-visual learners :)

@@ay613 Hi! Idk if u wanted clarification about the gospel for urself or just wanted to share the truth with others, but if its the first, essentially yes! The gospel/good news (that Jesus - God the son, who was blameless and perfect, died on the cross for our sins and resurrected on the 3rd day) is God's response to the brokenness and sin of the world. Although justly, our sin warrants eternal punishment in hell, Jesus takes what we deserved upon him on that cross, and ANYONE who repents (change of mind/turning away from sin) and trusts in Jesus (accepts Him as Lord and Saviour) will not perish but have everlasting life. God will give us a new heart with new desires, to love what is good and to hate what isn't. By the grace of God we are saved, and in response to that grace, come good works, not the other way around!
I have a friend and have been friends with them forever however they are not God-fearing but we have a really strong bond and they lift me up they are always there they just do not go to church they believe in God though is it bad to be friends with them?

Being Christian in UNI, is not easy, but we don't live a Life to survive to this world. We are called to share the gospel and manifest his glory and power thru us! We need to know who we believe, how loved we are, how powerfull God is, be shure of the presence of the Holy spirit, because He is with us all the time, and pray for this place to be full of his presence and glory, and that people know Jesus. God wants to use us!! How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! Romans 10:14-15 Don't be ashamed of the gospel, have a real relashionship with God, read YOUR BIBLE AND PRAY FOR HUNGER FOR BIBLE, trust in him because He belives in your potencial to do what He said. Be the light in the dark always And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. John 1:5 PRAY FOR THE LORD TO PUT BELIEVERS AND THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN YOUR WAY.
