kevin isn't evil, he's a contrarian; he makes sure to do everything the "wrong" way, not the "bad" way. his every act is one of resistance, symbolic of the struggle of existence. it is the fight to attain your own agency. yet in his polemic opposition to laws laid upon him, he is paradoxically bound by that which he tries so hard to escape, still forced to take certain paths and make specific choices. freedom is an impossibility, unattainable in its inherent contradiction.

Technically Kevin could complete this challenge if he just dressed up as his alter ego, The Red Ninja, whenever the game forces him to be a bad student. Meanwhile Jimmy can be a good student by day, Red Ninja by night.

Theres a really good book called Flowers For Algernon. It’s about a mentally disabled man who, through an experimental surgery, becomes a genius. His new intelligence makes him realize that the people around him have been making fun of him and taking advantage of him. I won’t spoil the whole book, but I highly recommend reading it. (Btw Algernon is the name of the mouse who had the experimental surgery before it was tested on the main character)
