did you not just hear what the judge said? Since this is a civil case and not a criminal one, the plaintiff doesn't have to prove beyond a reasonable. So if the judge believes litigants did something, he or she can make his or her rulings accordingly.

The judge will cut them off before they can present it anyway.

This situation literally happened with my sister and her boyfriend at the time now husband. Basically the dude the psycho and he took advantage of my sister because she just got out of an abusive relationship he did a lot of crazy shit like vandalized her house poured mustard on her bed stole two of her vehicles told everybody in the family all the stuff and then wanted to be mad when we told her not to marry him. (She also didn’t invite us to the wedding and then cried when she didn’t have anyone there) She doesn’t talk to us because we called her dumb.. i’m not even mad about the situation because she has to live with him what I don’t like is that she makes it sound like we actually care about that situation when she was the one telling us everything… she should’ve told Jesus or God because he’s the only person that’s not gonna judge you…
