I follow this channel because I appreciate safe spaces for Black women. I enjoy keeping up with other Black women travelers, regardless of their style of travel. Some things, like safety tips and self-care, are universal. I am a Black woman who is a "bop around Nomad." I cut down on expenses by living mostly full-time in a van while traveling and exploring more of the US. I'm a Nomad because I prefer selecting who I Fuggs with (work with, live around, etc.). I love waking up to birds chirping.

Hello, Good Evening. Just wanted to let the Group know, that I made it to San Juan, Pureto Rico. I will get my place here. Then I plan to butterfly all the different countries, and Islands in the Caribbean!!!! Jamaica first, Dominican Republic second, US Bahamas third,... So on and so forth..... no particular place or order after that!!! I am living my dreams!!!!

Hi Everyone 🫶 Glad to catch the replay. I'm a solo esthetician mompreneur with 3 kids who would love to go on at least 2 trips this year using some of these great methods. I love my career, so I'm not sure if I'm ready for us to go fully nomadic, but I'm so ready to add regular travel back into my life and show my kids new experiences without breaking the bank.

I’m retiring next year and going on a one week sabbatical. Maybe I’ll stay retired or come back to work to build up my savings. I like having the choices. My only concern is that I’m diabetic and sometimes have difficulty maintaining. I’ve traveled overseas solo many, many times but not sure I can live out of a suitcase for a year. I have until December to decide what to do before buying my tickets. I’m excited and very grateful to have this opportunity. Looking yo meet up with other black nomadic women to build lifelong friendships.
