Being diagnosed with an eating disorder 

4 months ago I was diagnosed with anorexia. It is a diagnosis that took me by surprise and has taken awhile to process.
Now that I have positive solutions in place and my family was made aware, it was time to share publicly.
While I could keep this to myself, posting online is a form of therapy and acceptance for me.
