This is the very first storytime video here on my channel -and it's a tough one! I will NOT include any triggering images or detailed information about calories, weight or measurements because I want to help to de-stigmatise Anorexia and avoid triggering other people suffering from this horrible condition.
It is in fact the mental disease with the highes mortality rate. Thus it is important that you seek proper help as soon as possible no matter how far you already are in your ED.
In case of an emergency, don't hasitate to call 911.

This is my very first story time video and it's actually a more serios and also private topic. Please keep this in mind when leaving a comment. I thought about wheather or not to make this video for a long time, but I think it's important to talk about mental health issues like for example anorexia in order to raise awareness and to let others who struggle with a similar problem know, that there is help. In case you yourself or someone you knows struggles with an eating disorder, it can be helpful to seek help by contacting a helpline like NEDA in the U.S. (Call 1-800-931-2237). In case of an emergency, call 911 to get immediate medical help if needed. Don't forget, you're not alone and recovery is possible. Don't give up!♥️

BMI lower than 15! Wow That is like less than 70 lbsThat’s crazy ! Also Your wonderful to listen to, I really enjoyed the video. So happy you’re healed
