I felt like I was talking to a friend. Thank you for uploading this and showing us that being kind to yourself is much needed to be the best version of yourself!
Self-compassion. Yes! And you are here to be your unique self. Your uniqueness contributes to the tapestry of life. "Today you are you; that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You! - Dr. Seuss (Theodore Geisel). When we look back on the things we perceived as 'mistakes,' we often realize that led us to great experiences, served our growth and led to our greatest personal triumphs and joys. Here's one more quote for you: "Love yourself first and everything else falls into line." - Lucille Ball. You are worthy of great good, every moment of every day. You are never unworthy.

@@ggggghdhkhfsgh it sounds like you’re being really mean to yourself :( in my personal experience, the more kind I am to myself, the more of a “good” person I become. When I’m mean to myself, it makes me feel horrible inside. When I feel horrible inside, I start acting horribly / insufferably to others. I also start to identify as a bad person, because of how poorly I talk to myself. And when I identify as a bad person, I start acting like one. But all of this logic works exactly the same the other way around! When I am kind to myself, I start feeling good inside And I start identifying as a good person. When I feel good inside and identify as a good person, I start acting like a good person. :)
