For the lazy girls: try laser hair removal (but inform yourself beforehand especially if you are black or fair skinned or blond), also you don’t need an 35 Step Routine for EVERYTHING! For me I have one Shower gel with an PH level of 5, an intim wash of the PH level 4,5 } I use both of them every day (because we need to shower EVERYDAY at NIGHT!!) then one or in summer time 2-3 times i exfoliate with chemical exfoliation which is WAYYY better than physical ones because they don’t harm the Skin barrier (if it’s not overused). When it comes to you’re hair there are tons of yt videos on that try to take care of you’re hair type and try to maintain NATURAL HAIR. My Last Tipp is ALWAYS USE NATURAL Products! Always for everything which comes in touch with you’re Body!

I respect your work mate. TA is good but I find it truly baffling that all major crypto youtubers just look at pure T.A and completely Ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC Is pumping and why the future outlook might not be as rosy as it seems.
