The defendant expecting the plaintiff to clean up after herself and if she didn’t clean up he would put YOUR THINGS in YOUR ROOM, and when he came home he was polite to let you know he was home (as a heads up to prevent hearing sexual noises or possible walking out half dressed)?!?!?! Oh my gosh!!! What a jerk!!!! 🙄🙄🙄. The plaintiff is crazy!!!
I saw that too and was like "hey, Judge taking 'em to class!". Honestly don't recall seeing her doing that before, the board was always for vehicle cases.

It slightly bothers me when my roommate leaves both sinks filled with dishes. I have told him that I do not mind sharing the sink, but it would be great if he could leave at least one sink clear for use. 😅😂
Whomever said that personalities should agree is my thought as well. If you're always active, you may not enjoy living with someone who wants to lay around all day, or if you like the place to be picture perfect (I'm taking this as a way that's not just hygenic here - like if you see a SPECK, you feel like you gotta clean the entire house!) then you may not like living with someone who leaves dishes in the sink for a couple of days before washing them. I'd never live with a roomate, no way. I wouldn't be able to trust that someone wouldn't run out with my stuff, or anything like that.
Right like i don't clean sll the time im ok with some dishes it makes it more homey and lived in i can't do clean freaks where a crumb makes them clean the entire place

The defendant would be a nightmare to live with. I have lived with a few gay guys, I am gay and trust me, no one should have to live with them. They are way too fussy.
