omG YES on the male validation talk. I feel like society conditions women to seek male validation and we've been conditioned through channels like movies, books, ads, etc. growing up so it's definitely not your fault or anyone's fault for feeling the need for it. I've also been trying to unwire my brain from seeking male validation but where's the instruction manual for this at bc I need it lol

I totally understand what you were saying about body image. When I was younger, I had an eating disorder, and it lasted for many years. Now, as I am older, the obsession with losing weight hit me again. I have basically starved myself for a year now, and I'm basically under weight again. Yet all the guys I used to date, that are on my social media, and haven't communicated with me in forever, are all like "you look great, keep it up". Just goes to show how they make it about the looks, instead of who you are. I'm single, and quite honestly, I don't go out looking for a guy. If I meet someone and we click, then great, but I need to be content with myself, and getting myself healthier!!

Its been 10 months ?!?!? I feel like it JUST HAPPENED! I def think living in Miami would take a toll on body image just because theres beautiful women everywhere but that doesnt take away from your own unique beauty ✨️ thats what helps me if i ever start comparing. You are absolutely beautiful inside and out 🥰 You have such a nice smile and fit body ❤ and as for male validation; I think all women go through that at one point or another but remember most men have lust and p*rn addictions and nothing can satisfy them; they need help and recovery. We need to try to rewire our brain and not over sexualize ourselves. It’s tough especially for women in this society. Men are taught to be womanizers at such young ages and practice it for years and have lust addictions because of it. We need to realize this and it helps us love ourselves just a little bit more 🤍

Natalie…as boring as it sounds, maybe even consider oatmeal for breakfast and add berries and honey and such. If not, try Starbucks oatmeal with brown sugar, that’s usually good! As for body image stuff, we all go through it. You’re also at the point in your life where you want certain items in the next person since you’re a relationship girl. Easier to find hookups than long term. But, you are definitely in a town where there are many different kinds of pretty people. Don’t compare yourself. We all do but just rock your own confidence. It will be tough but once again, you will meet someone when you least expect it. 👍🫵
