To those negative comments I'd like to say that life is not like what you think don't always criticise people learn to appreciate each other maybe their parents and the couple they themselves must have lived a humble life towards God that's why they're blessed with such a blessed and beautiful life, you can too if you learn to appreciate people and the blessings in your life . This is what I call a beautiful Christian wedding. Both the bride and bridegroom are committed Christians and publicly sought God's blessing on their marriage. Congratulations to both their parents for bringing their children up in the faith. This is not unusual in NE India as every generation still thanks God for leading their forefathers to Christianity. They practice the gospel in their daily lives and it is not unusual for families to attend church together. God has blessed the people with amazing musical talent and this is evident in the excellent performances of the various church and secular choirs. I see their marriage took place in 2015 so it would be interesting to hear about where they are living and whether they have any additions.
Beautiful couple they are. The problem is whenever I watch expensive wedding vids,it gives me a problem to think about my future wedding. Cus the best wedding with gorgeous gowns is what all girls dream for...💖 I wish...😇

God bless the couple, they look very happy together.. BUT but . . . I'm starting to hate the wedding culture in our Naga society of late. It seem to me the weddings are a show off this days and very superfluous, where the expectations are too high, where there is more preparations for wedding gowns and decorations then their heart for each other, where there is very little commitment and reflection but more feast and celebrations. Many couple led a broken life after an expensive wedding. Those who can effort such expensive weddings go ahead (I hope they are not corrupted officers and looters of public purse) but for the rest, hold your your ego, pride and fear of societal judgement, and just do what you can effort. Peace out ✌️
This is something traditional and practice till today in western Angami area. Perhaps, prominently at Khonoma. It symbolised a sullying/regrettable mood how to depart as an age group. This activities is followed by a traditional blessing. So far all women from this village is obligatory to received this blessing despite of been so lavish in some well to do families.
