It’s a good machine, great performance, and it’s still alive 3 years later

Make sure the door is shut properly, if not turn the machine off at walk and back on after a min or so if it carry’s on hold prewash and extra rinse together it should come up with E- - for horror codes if there’s a number then there’s a issue… hope it helps

Unplug for about 60 seconds and plug back in, and when you mean by won’t spin what do you mean?

Thank you for replying. I have tried unplugging. I have left it unplugged for over a day. It does the cycle as it should, fills with water etc. But it just doesnt spin? The cycle cuts out just as it's supposed to spin. And says End/Cancel. I have tried different cycles. It also doesn't take my fabric softener 🙈 x

I can spin it manually. So it isnt stuck. I've been told it is a programming error. But I cant find any videos or anything explaining how to get it on 'reset mode' so I can reset the machine and hopefully it will work

My old beko wdr753121s that my parents had from new was abused a bit by them until I got it lasted 4 years before the door lock relay died and we couldn’t be bothered to replace the relay so my parents gave me another beko this time a beko wmb 61431 w which is 8 years old and ether powder was never used in it or it was heavily cleaned after each wash

@@danandlaundry “banging peace of shit” lmao. They have a balance sensor which balances the load to stop it banging and damaging the machine. So stop talking a load of crap and grow up
