I just bought a Samsung WW90T534DAN. The Zanussi we had got a hammering with all my sons military gear. Although it did last eight years. The model i purchased looks very similar to your model. A really helpful demonstration of all the features. 👍
Just bought this and I found this video extremely helpful. Chose this after checking your reviews on washing machines. We are replacing a 20 year old top loader whirlpool which my husband finally admitted defeat and could not fix the leak. I will check your videos if I need more goods. 👍
I really like the look of this washing machine, my old washer was the Samsung Addwash and I really liked it,especially the bubble soak function. Another enjoyable video 👍
I have installed one of these for a friend of mine today. It is incredibly quiet and a solid build. It is very smart to look at. I was impressed with the auto dos, something I have never considered. Thanks for the review
Thanks Very helpful video I have just installed the WW90T986DSH and this video pretty much explains everything regarding this machine and its functionality. Brilliantly explained . Maybe a nod to the Wi-Fi links re new machines next time but I know there’s another RU-vid video for this and in fairness the machine on you channel doesn’t have it .
I’ve have had this washing machine for a month now and I’m loving it. Could you please do the Samsung tumble dryer and a video on cleaning what to do what not to do ect? Thanks for the upload.
I have just had the add wash version of this machine installed. When I scroll through the functions, it says currently not supported when I look at the detergent/conditioner. It also says that they are low when I've only just filled it up. What does this mean?
I have brought the dark version of this. I was contemplating the add wash. I had a Hoover dynamix. It had started getting noisey on the spin and now it just can't spin. Second time so time for a new one. really had to battle between this, the add wash, Hair, LG and Hoover 700. I like that the drawer is self cleaning. As I work in a hospital the steam option will come in handy for me.
We have this exact model. It's around a year old. In the last four weeks it's had two main boards and a new motor. The Samsung engineer who replaced the components on both occasions (happily under warranty) said he replaces major components on a large number of these machines and it's one of the series of machines he would never buy.
@@alcurtis93 We're finding out what buyer's remorse is. When the engineer was here a couple of days ago he said if it fails again he's not going to bother coming out. He'll just condemn it and arrange a replacement. Just praying it's not going to be with the same model.
@@alcurtis93 I've no idea, Alex. The guy who came out to ours on both occasions admitted that he has to be careful of what he's saying because he's a Samsung engineer but he didn't rate our particular model series at all.
only thing I don't love ( I understand why) is the fact that the labels of the washes aren't in a ring about the dial so you have to flick through them all or use Google assistant etc
This may sound odd, but one of my good friends really enjoys watching your videos and they talk about the different products they see and highly recommend them. Would it be possible to get you to give my good friend Craig a shoutout please, would make his day?
Hi I hope you can help? I have purchased Samsung ecobubble auto dose 5+ I use auto dose regularly (but turn off sometimes to use delicates non bio). I turn auto dose back on and at first I was refilling when getting low detergent. However detergent drawer is full and I keep getting "fill detergent" on checking the detergent drawer is full and does not seem to be going down. (Also wash suds not apparent) I have put ariel laundry gel in, is it OK to use laundry gel or am I doing something else wrong? Thank you for your videos which I find very helpful.
Hi. I am debating between this or the Hotpoint gentlepower. Im literally a click away and don't know which one to get. Are these very problematic or reliable really? Also, dose this have the spray rinse feature and do I have to toggle between the autodose and manual everytime as I will be using it, housemate wont. Thank you.
thanks for the video. could you tell me if it is possible to turn the sound off?? because it is horribly annoying and too loud .... the machine works well and it is quiet, but when starting, or choosing the program, and especially when it finishes ..... a freaking symphony!!
I’ve been told different- I’ve had two different repairmen to my Samsung and they say bearings can’t be changed. It’s an 8 yr old machine so maybe that’s why?
@@Truth1561 maybe ,but you can check that easy ,when you open the top panel(2 bolts only) if you see bolts on around the plastick tub ,then it can be change if not ,it means its sealed and you cant change bearings. If its around 10+ years old ,then dont waste money ,buy new one
Just bought this and watched it to,help me get to grips with programmes I have two questions I washed towels on a towel, wash as I had been without a machine for one week waiting for deliver and the fitting if this I forgot to go into the programme to make sure auto dispense was on and make the level of dispense high the towels look extremely clean but do not smell as much of the conditioner smell that I got with my old machine is this because the washer did not auto dispense or it dispenses less as I use too much secondly if I shut auto dispense off do I understand rightly that I put my detergent in the big drawer at the very front and just the amount if softener to go through into wash load in the softener into the dispense that is closed and marked softener .
You would normally just put in the amount of softener required at the beginning of the wash in the softener section if you are not using the auto dosing. You may also find that with modern machines they use a smaller amount of water, so it will require less detergent and softener, so they won't smell as nice unfortunately.
I've been using this machine with 'add wash' and 'smart detergent' dispensing but find the items not coming out fresh with that new wash scent. I need to look at how to overcome this issue and put the freshness back.
We are finding this a common comment on newer self dosing machines as the amount of detergent they use is very little. So although it is saving you money it doesn't smell as good as an older machine may have enabled the clothes to smell.
Have you any videos on the Samsung 8 or 9kg washer dryer.. eco bubble? Would like your thoughts on this particular machine if possible and would really appreciate your opinion. I currently have the eco bubble 8kg washer and it’s great, suits me perfectly. I run a 3kg Montpellier vented dryer but am moving in the next few days and i really only have room for 1 appliance. I have a young son so a dryer is a must. Single dad looking for a professional opinion. Any other make/model you may advise would also be a great help. Many thanks.
Must admit we don't really do a lot with Samsung washer dryers but the washing machines are very good and we would recommend them as far as build quality and efficiency
Your video is very good. I Have struggled with this machine since purchasing it 18 month ago. The drum has constantly banged against the door. I have had three engineers out to have a look , drum has been replaced twice, all whilst under warranty. I do not overload it , I am always conscious of weight loads however, it still bangs against the door. Any help ?
This sounds very odd especially if 3 engineers have been out to it. I assume you have a decent load in the machine, as sometimes underloading the machine can be an issue too as it can struggle to balance a small load as well as a large load too.
Thank you for your very helpfull video, I have ordered my machine! Can I ask please, if you want to use auto dose most of the time but occasionally not use it is it easy to turn off? Also If i wanted to use a tablet or powder sometimes could I just put this directly into the washer? thank you
You will have the flexibility of using any auto dosing feature on the machine and turning it if you don't want to use it. Also if you wanted to use powder of tablets you can put them directly in the machine itself.
Hello, the delivery man set up the machine to probably test it with a low of 4 spin cycle. I tried to do a wash ans could not go past 5 on the spin option. I saw you set it for cotton and saw the 1400 already there, so how can I get it to do 1400? Tried the reset but did not work.
I do think that the amount of stuff allowed per program is too small, 2Kg, 4Kg ... and the capacity is 9Kg, I mean you can use 9kg only for 1-2 programs... its not so convincing..
I don't use detergent as I use a eco egg can you still use this machine without having to add washing liquid or will this be a problem also can you stop the rinse cycle as you don't need to rince with the eco egg thanks 👍
Very helpful video, especially to get off on the right foot. I must admit this machine is quite complicated for older folks, and it does have a learning curve. The Eco function is very long. Does this program use much electricity? Thanks for sharing.
I would really appreciate it if you recommend a reliable brand please. I live in UK,so too many choices but which one should we choose to be sure that we have made the right choice.
The main brands we would normally recommend as being reliable in the UK are Bosch, Siemens and Samsung. Other brands seem ok, like Hoover, Candy, Hotpoint, Indesit, Beko, Blomberg but the 3 main brands are good machines and give us very little trouble.
@@lords-electrical I’ve had a great experience with my Beko dishwasher- trouble free for 6 yrs so far and only paid £200 for it. Plus a lovely beko fridge freezer I’ve had the same period of time. I currently have a 7 yr old Samsung - love it and wish I could buy the same model again ( with 1 hr full load programme) as it’s perfect for me. Bearings are going and I’ve been told they can’t be replaced?
I have a machine like this. What annoys me is how you can switch off autodose. Too complicated and you can't store the autodose enabling or disabling function in a user defined favorite in the app...
Help me out! When he shows the back of the machine it only has one water inlet. Why is there not 2?? 1 for hot water and 1 for cold water!? I have to have a hot water. Am waiting to purchase this one but haven’t because of that.
@@graciek188 hi there is only one water pipe for the cold water as the washing machine heats the water to what you want it set at . In the end we had to get on to Samsung and they sent someone out the heat sense we’re broke if you ever do the drum clean the door should be hot to touch.
I have recently installed this machine at my new house and would like to know if there is a delay start. Can’t find any information anywhere. The information leaflet that comes with the machine is less than useless. We are on a very low electricity tariff from 00.30 to 04.30 and would like to take advantage of this tariff for all our appliances like washing machines and dishwashers and tumble driers. Can you shed any light on this
No manual came with the machine, only a single sheet with basic function laid out in picture form. No mention of a delayed end or start for that matter. However with the help of the retailer we found that the full manual is available on line via the Samsung website. We then were able to figure out how to program a delay end which in effect is also a delay start. Now we have a better understanding of it we are quite impressed with the machine. If only Samsung had either put a paper copy in the machine or at least pointed us to the fact that there is an on line copy of a manual available
I just received my machine it's the Samsung 12kg and it's the same design. But there is no feature to start the wash. I loaded my wash added my detergent and comfort and set my wash Eco 40 -60 1200 but going through all the programs , there is nothing to press or set it to start the wash. The start button is not visible and clear anywhere on the machine. I am so disppointed and surprised that it's not clearly displayed... it's got everything but that. So I am not able to start my wash can you help. How do you start the wash ??? Where is the start button ?. Thank you. Its a smart looking washing machine. The Samsung WW12T504D
Hey, I am thinking of buying this exact model, however I keep hearing about balancing issues with samsung washers resulting in either no spin or a very noisy banging spin. Does this happen on this model or is it just on the older ones. Thanks :)
I've just brought the addwash one she's brilliant it came today apparently it has a smart app on it not quiet sure what it does have you any idea about it, the paperwork you get now doesnt really give you information on what it's about and what it can do
Hi I bought 5 days ago this washings machine but this washing machine making bad knocking noise 😢. I cant put more than 2kg if i put eco mode around 5kg or 7kg washing machine are making bad knocking noise.😢😢😢
If a machine is making knocking noises from new, it is normally some or all of the transit bolts have been left in. This will stop the drum spinning properly and can damage it and will not be covered under the manufacturers warranty. Check to make sure they have all been taken out, and if they have, contact the retailer to try and get them to sort this out for you.
@lords-electrical All transporting bolts are removed. Washing machine is leveled. Just in this washing machine can put only 2kg were program is for 9kg.
@@kayleewilliams3767 thanks, but I mean if it shows: you put 10kg in, please remove some items. Or something like that. Cause I had a 4kg program and put much more than 4kg into it (the machine was completely full), but it started anyway, without a message. I expected an error message "too much clothes" etc.
hi there..very informative..im looking for my second hand 4 years old maybe five the manual model number ww11H5400EW/CX...have you got info about this one.....please let me hear from you....lots of thx. it is a samsung eco bubble...
You should be ok with most brands, we would normally recommend sticking to the bigger brands, as the performance is normally better than some of the supermarket own brands. The machine should adjust for the thickness of the liquid as well.
