Looks like a lot of popple, junk popple about like here in ME. Guess the real word is poplar which is like popular which is nothing popular about popple, the wood stinks when milling, the wood has to be sawed then nail down, the wood nails hard when dry and crooked, the wood dont throw off much heat, in short I dont know what popple is good for that other wood is not better at..... I think in the last 10 years I saw 2 popple logs out of 50 that sawed good and stayed straight, the rest was sawed and nailed as soon as possible.......... But the good news here is that your surviving the world wide drought cause by climate change cause by people not using DPF tractors or electric tractors or drinking free bubble lub and eating rainbow stew................
